Create, collaborate, connect across borders
At DAT, marketing is not about sitting in a silo. It is about connecting people, places and stories across countries, cultures and teams.
We are a small international marketing team, working closely together across locations. That means trust, responsibility and collaboration matter more than hierarchy and long approval chains.
We are now looking for a Marketing Coordinator who enjoys teamwork, feels comfortable working across borders and distances, and wants to play an active role in shaping how DAT is seen and experienced.
Working at DAT
You will join an international organization with colleagues in Denmark, Lithuania, Norway and beyond.
Some days you will collaborate online across countries and time zones. Other days you will travel to meet colleagues, partners or support marketing activities on site.
We believe strong relationships are built both digitally and face to face. That is why travel is a natural part of this role and an important part of understanding our people, our operations and our markets.

· Have a background in marketing, communication or a related field
· Have hands-on experience executing marketing activities
· Possess strong project management and coordination skills
· Are comfortable collaborating across cultures, countries and distances
· Communicate clearly in Danish and English
