Vi søger en kontorelev med speciale i administration til vores kontor i Indre By. Som elev bliver du en del af den daglige drift og får en varieret hverdag med både faste rutiner og nye opgaver, der løbende dukker op. Du kommer til at arbejde tæt sammen med både salg, pakkeri og administration i et ungt og engageret team.

Afdelingen for Uddannelse og Studerende (AUS) søger en ny kollega til sagsbehandling af merit, som skal hjælpe os i vores fortsatte ambition om at sikre, at vores studerende let vil kunne tage en del af deres uddannelse på en anden institution – både i Danmark og i udlandet. Der er tale om en deltidsstilling, hvor den gennemsnitlige ugentlige arbejdstid er 30 timer.

AUS består af godt 100 medarbejdere der arbejder med vejledning, udvikling og administration af uddannelsesområdet i tæt samspil med DTU’s institutter. AUS’ mission er at udvikle og understøtte uddannelsesprocessen på DTU med udgangspunkt i de studerende. 

Stillingen er placeret i Kontoret for International Uddannelse, hvor du får 26 topkompetente og humørfyldte kolleger. Vi har sammen til opgave, at skabe de absolut bedst mulige rammer for stærk ind- og udgående studentermobilitet, og vi bidrager til anerkendelsen af DTU som et internationalt eliteuniversitet med et internationalt læringsmiljø, der kvalificerer dimittenderne til at begå sig globalt. 

Kontoret er inddelt i 4 teams – og du vil blive placeret i kontorets Team Exchange, som huser 14 medarbejdere. Team Exchange har studentermobilitet helt tæt ved hjertet – herunder alle de processer, der understøtter at studerende tager et studieophold i udlandet eller et online kursus ved en partner. Teamet består af kolleger, der arbejder med internationale partnerskaber og uddannelsessamarbejde, hvor semesterudveksling er omdrejningspunktet, kolleger der arbejder med strategiske uddannelses-initiativer med særligt udvalgte partnere, samt kolleger der varetager den formelle anerkendelse af indholdet i et forløb ved en anden institution i form af merit. 

Din opgave vil være at indgå i arbejdet med meritsagsbehandling, sammen med tre andre fastansatte kolleger. Opgaverne varetages derfor i tæt samarbejde med erfarne kolleger i kontoret med masser af mulighed for sparring og grundig oplæring.

Jobbet 
Helt konkret, forventes det at arbejdsopgaver vil være følgende:

• Behandle ansøgninger om merit fra studerende
• Deltage i den fortsatte udvikling af meritområdet
• Vejlede studerende i ansøgningsprocessen – primært over e-mail

Vi forestiller os, at du har en akademisk uddannelse – og at en 30-timers stilling passer dig perfekt. Du har sandsynligvis et par års erfaring – eller er nyuddannet med det helt rigtige sæt af kompetencer. Det vil være en stor fordel, hvis du har erfaring med sagsbehandling fra en anden stilling – evt. som studenteransat – og er interesseret i at fortsætte af det spor.

Jobbeskrivelse
Vi søger en ny prøveudtager til Sjælland med udkørsel fra vores depot i Ringsted. Her er den primære opgave at udtage prøver på drikkevand, bassinvand og tandlægeunits. I forbindelse med prøvetagningerne gennemføres en række målinger med feltudstyr, der stiller krav til, at du arbejder kvalitetsbevidst og og følger din naturlige interesse for at sætte dig ind i og følge kvalitetsprocedurer. Resultaterne fra feltmålingerne indtaster du elektronisk, så prøverne er klar til videre analyse i laboratoriet, når du afleverer dem på depotet.

Du vil få en meget selvstændig hverdag, hvor du alene kører rundt fra site til site og udtager prøver. Det er derfor essentielt, at du trives i eget selskab og med en del kørsel. Du vil få en hverdag med kundekontakt, som stiller krav til en serviceorienteret og professionel tilgang til kunder og opgaver, som skal løses i løbet af arbejdsdagen. Du bliver tilknyttet et team af prøveudtagere og vil have kollegaer som er tilknyttet kontoret. Derudover vil du også løbende sparre med logistikgruppen og teamlederen.

Dine prøveudtagningsopgaver planlægges centralt af logistikafdelingen, og kommunikeres ud online via udstyr i bilen, som også benyttes til registrering af feltdata. Det er vigtigt, at du trives med forandringer i planer, er god til at bevare roen i travle perioder og kan udvise fleksibilitet ift. arbejdstid, hvis vi får hasteprøver eller lignende.

Kvalifikationer

Faglige kvalifikationer

• Du er uddannet laborant, miljøteknolog, miljøtekniker – eller har en håndværksmæssig baggrund og interesse for feltarbejde. Det betyder ikke så meget, om du er nyuddannet eller har et par års erfaring

• Du er miljø- og kvalitetsbevidst

• Du er indstillet på at yde optimal kundeservice

• Hvis du har teknisk snilde, er det et plus

• Du kan tale og skrive dansk og har et IT-kendskab på brugerniveau

• Hvis du har erfaring inden for prøveudtagning af drikkevand, vil det være en fordel

Personlige kvalifikationer

• Du er fleksibel og indstillet på, at der kan komme ændringer i forhold til den planlagte arbejdsdag og arbejdstid

• Du er vant til at færdes i bil, gerne i det nævnte geografiske område, og har kørekort B

• Du er i god fysisk form, da prøvetagninger kan foregå på udfordrende lokaliteter

• Du trives i et selvstændigt job og behøver ikke nødvendigvis at møde dine kollegaer på daglig basis

• Du er bosiddende på Sjælland, gerne i Københavnsområdet.

At DTU Energy, we are seeking an experienced Development Engineer to provide vital support in DTU Energy . This position focuses on supporting the development of advanced ceramic and metallic components used in energy conversion devices, such as fuel cells, batteries, and electrolysis technologies, as part of the green transition. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of key facilities, contributing to ongoing research and development projects, and providing hands-on support for process optimization and equipment development and maintenance.

The job
In this role, you will contribute to several of the points listed below:

• Support R&D projects focused on functional ceramics, with an emphasis on slurry/ink preparation for shaping technologies like tape casting, printing, and spraying processes .
• Assist in the preparation and development of inks and slurries , ensuring they have the right properties for shaping components via advanced manufacturing techniques.
• Be involved in hands-on tasks in our chemistry and process labs , including the production of components and testing their properties.
• Contribute to the development and documentation of fabrication/processing and characterization methods , for devices e.g. batteries and fuel cells.
• Provide direct support to project teams , for EU, National and Commercial Projects.
• Ensure the functionality and reliability of lab equipment, including maintaining, upgrading, and repairing equipment as necessary.
• Be actively involved in developing, setting up and commissioning new equipment for the lab, collaborating with suppliers and service agents for smooth implementation.
• Take part in training colleagues on the proper use of lab equipment and best practices for experimentation and documentation.

Our expectations of you
We are looking for a candidate who has experience in several of the areas listed below:

• A PhD in materials science, chemistry , or similar experience from a research environment .
• Hands-on experience with slurry/ink preparation and characterization , including rheology and other critical tests for ink and slurry properties relevant to shaping technologies like tape casting , printing , and spraying .
• Strong analytical skills to assess and interpret data from experiments, with the ability to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and optimize processes.
• Experience in critical evaluation and troubleshooting of both process inefficiencies and equipment malfunctions , providing actionable solutions to improve lab operations.
• Proven experience in maintaining, upgrading, and troubleshooting laboratory equipment , ensuring its functionality and minimizing downtime.
• Experience in daily management of a chemical laboratory, with a strong focus on safety and documentation .
• Excellent communication skills in English; with understanding of Danish or a willingness to learn.
• A strong independent working style and the ability to plan and execute complex tasks effectively.
• A passion for knowledge transfer and the ability to document and share findings clearly.

The job
As Innovation Partner in DTU Skylab, you will support researchers from DTU Space, DTU Management, and DTU Chemistry in building startups based on their groundbreaking research, and foster an innovation culture among faculty and young researchers. 

Your job has many facets centered around supporting and nurturing research projects from early, lab-stage idea until investable business case. You will find yourself engaged with discussions with researchers about the potential value propositions of their technology, you will host venture building workshops, support soft funding applications and building pitch decks, engage with internal and external stakeholders, and much more. 

You will do this together with our team of 8 innovation partners in similar roles that work across DTU’s departments. We work closely with our colleagues in the Section for Start-up Support to create and deliver the best offerings for DTU’s students and researchers on their journey towards a start-up. 

Primary tasks include:

• Coach researchers and research-based start-up teams from first idea to creating a start-up
• Scouting technology at departments and support other innovation partners in your field of expertise
• Facilitate workshops together with colleagues in Skylab in selected disciplines in our Startup Program, i.e. technology maturation, funding, commercial maturation and team formation. 
• Close collaboration with the departments around the innovation agenda and culture, and relevant awareness activities within the department about entrepreneurship and innovation. 

Who you are
You have an entrepreneurial mindset and might have experience with starting your own company, or you have worked in the intersection of R&D and BD, commercializing early-stage technologies. For this position we are looking for a profile with a strong technical background in hard tech. 

In addition, you:

• Have min. 5 years of experience with high-tech entrepreneurship, commercialization and business development of research
• Have solid experience in facilitating innovation workshops and/or courses
• Are a strong team player with a focus on creating value and results 
• You are self-motivated and establish collaboration and communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Possess strong networking skills, good at meeting new people and see opportunities
• Have a higher/long technical education – as hard tech engineer or scientist. 
• Have excellent communication skills in both Danish and English.

Key Responsibilities

• Transform instrument outputs (LC-MS/MS or GC-MS) into high-quality peak tables.

·         Previous experience in data processing of MS data

·         Programming experience in one or more of the following: R, Matlab, Python

·         Strong understanding of analytical chemistry principles and their application in biological or microbiome research

·         Hands-on experience with mass spectrometry (preferably LC-HRMS/MS) and small molecule analysis

Join DTU Energy as a Junior Academic Employee and work on modelling and simulating thermal energy storage systems in cutting-edge research projects.

Our research focuses on modelling, simulation and analysis of thermal energy storage systems and their role in flexible and efficient energy systems. Thermal energy storage is a key enabling technology for integrating renewable energy and supporting industrial energy applications.

The position is embedded in DTU Energy’s research activities on thermal energy storage, carried out in close collaboration with international research partners and within externally funded research projects.

The job
As Junior Academic Employee, you will support research activities within thermal energy storage and energy system modelling at DTU Energy. The position is anchored in ongoing research projects and focuses on simulation-based analysis of thermal energy storage systems and their interaction with other energy and process units.

You will be part of a research group working on system-level modelling and will collaborate closely with researchers and PhD students. The position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with applied modelling tasks and to develop technical skills within energy systems analysis.

Primary areas of responsibility include:

• Supporting the development and maintenance of simulation models for thermal energy storage systems
• Implementing and testing heat and mass balance models at system level
• Assisting with the integration of thermal energy storage models with other energy conversion or process units
• Supporting analysis of system performance under different operating and load scenarios
• Contributing to documentation, figures and technical material for internal reports and publications.

Background in energy systems modelling and thermal energy storage
We expect you to have a background in engineering or energy-related disciplines and an interest in modelling and simulation of energy systems, in particular thermal energy storage. You hold a BSc degree in a relevant field and are interested in applying your technical knowledge to practical modelling tasks in a research environment.

Relevant qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s degree in energy engineering, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering or a related field
• Basic knowledge of heat transfer, thermodynamics and energy systems
• Interest in numerical modelling and simulation of engineering systems

Technical skills:

• Experience with MATLAB, Python or similar numerical tools
• Experience with modelling, simulation or data analysis
• Familiarity with system-level modelling is an advantage, but not a requirement

The starting date is 1 April 2026 or according to mutual agreement. The period of employment is 1,5 years. The workplace is DTU Lyngby Campus.
