What are you going to do?
As Key Account Sales Executive, your primary focus is on generating new customers within the Belux region (Belgium and Luxembourgh). You sit at the table of large and well-known organisations, such as multinationals and public bodies, where large scale and complexity come together. You play a central role in the sales process, following up leads, analysing customer challenges and successfully closing deals.

Your responsibilities
As a true hunter, you are focused on closing deals with customers that are new to our SaaS security solutions. This includes:
Following up leads
Actively following up leads provided by marketing and SDRs, as well as making relevant connections with Key Accounts yourself.
Identifying problems
Act as domain expert in access management, badge management and credential technologies to discover pain points together with customers and stakeholders. Facilitate workshops to identify challenges, map needs and perform fit-gap analyses.
Storytelling and demos
Comfortable selling a modular and early-stage SaaS product: not feature-driven, but focused on vision, a good understanding of where our solution fits customer needs - including features that may not yet be in scope.
Taking charge
Lead and coordinate the entire sales process from discovery to closing the deal: identify the DMU, budget, timelines and follow the SPICED methodology. Involves colleagues across different layers of the customer organization when needed.
Closing
Conduct commercial negotiations and complete tenders. Work closely with Customer Success when preparing offers - to assess implementation effort and align on success criteria.
