Integration DevOps Engineer (Core Tech) 💚

The Integration DevOps Engineer will lead the integration of Tise systems into the eBay technology landscape, ensuring seamless alignment across infrastructure, identity, and security domains. This role serves as a key interface between the Tise and eBay environments, collaborating closely with cross-functional engineering, security, and vendor management teams.


🌱 Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and support the migration of Tise applications onto eBay’s platforms and environments.

  • Manage and optimize identity transitions and SSO (Single Sign-On) integrations for Tise applications.

  • Raise and track security tickets, supporting both application and infrastructure security reviews.

  • Collaborate with the Contract Management team to support vendor onboarding, contract negotiation, and approval processes.

  • Interpret and apply eBay’s information security and data compliance policies, guiding technical teams to implement them effectively within the Tise environment.


🏓 Requirements:

  • Strong background in DevOps, system integration, or infrastructure engineering.

  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Knowledge of identity management and SSO protocols (such as SAML, OAuth, or OpenID Connect).

  • Familiarity with security review processes and compliance standards.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.

  • Experience in large-scale platform migrations or M&A integrations.

We are now looking for an iOS Developer on-site in Oslo who wants to be a part of our journey and help us take Tise to the next level 🚀 You'll work closely with our other iOS engineers. At Tise we use Swift to develop our iOS app, and while our app relies mostly on UIKit today, we have also started experimenting with SwiftUI. We set aside one full day every month to fully focus on just the platform technology, whether it’s learning a new framework together, or discussing the future of the codebase.

The position is a full-time permanent role based at our headquarters in central Oslo, and you will report to an Engineering Manager.


🌱 What you will accomplish:

  • Build and maintain iOS features using Swift and UIKit; contribute to SwiftUI where appropriate

  • Collaborate with dedicated designers, PM’s and backend engineers in cross-functional teams to refine specifications and plan delivery

  • Ensure app reliability, performance, and observability for owned areas

  • Write tests, participate in code reviews, and contribute to iOS architecture decisions

You’ll be part of the People Team based in our Oslo HQ — a warm, dedicated group currently counting four people. You will report to the Head of People and work closely with managers across all departments to attract and hire the right talent to fuel Tise’s next phase of growth.

Är du en erfaren arbetsledare med passion för att arbeta i komplexa projekt? Vi expanderar och söker nu drivna arbetsledare till ett stort spännande projekt i Gävle! Arbetsuppgifter: Bistå Platschefen i det löpande arbetet och följa upp projektet i alla delar av produktionsprocessen: start, genomförande och avslut. Säkerställa att projekt genomförs enligt kundens förväntningar gällande tekniskt utförande, kvalitet, miljö, arbetsmiljö, lagar och avtal. Driva arbetsmiljöfrågor på arbetsplatserna enligt företagets mål- och handlingsplaner. Medverka vid upprättande av tidplaner samt avstämning av dessa. Bistå vid arbetsberedningar tillsammans med projektens personal. Godkänna tidrapporter för egen personal. Medverka till att kalkyler och anbud överensstämmer med beslutsordningen och lönsamhetsmål. Upprätta produktionsbudget, granska fakturor och ekonomilistor. Ansvara för ekonomisk avstämning av projekt tillsammans med Platschef. Medverka vid anbud och affärsavslut, projektgenomgångar, byggmöten och slutmöten med kund. Optimalt fördela resurser inom projekt och uppdrag. Medverka i projektavslut enligt gällande rutiner och erfarenhetsåterföring inom platsorganisationen. Kvalifikationer: Flerårig erfarenhet som arbetsledare inom mark och anläggning. Eftergymnasial utbildning på minst två år är meriterande. Goda kunskaper inom teknik, produktion och produktionsekonomi. Erfarenhet av personalansvar och att leda entreprenadverksamhet. Kunskap om hela entreprenadprocessen inom mark- och anläggningsprojekt. Kunskap inom IT-verktyg. Svenska och engelska i tal och skrift. B-körkort.
