A Day in the Life: Support product portfolio growth by collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute product strategies and business initiatives. Coordinate product lifecycle activities, support product launches, and work closely with commercial teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution of strategic objectives. What to expect: - Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to develop and execute product strategies - Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer insights to support business decisions - Assist with product lifecycle management activities and portfolio optimization initiatives - Support new product launches, commercialization efforts, and go-to-market activities - Develop and validate current and future technologies and applications within assigned product portfolios - Analyze business performance data and prepare reports using Excel and business intelligence tools - Partner with commercial teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to align on product strategy and customer requirements - Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support operational excellence projects - Manage multiple priorities and projects within a global matrix organization - Travel as required to support business objectives, customer engagement, and team collaboration - Keys to Success: Education - Advanced Degree with no prior experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of experience in product management, marketing, or a related field within the life sciences or laboratory industry. - Preferred fields of study include Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, Biology, other scientific disciplines, Business, or Marketing.
