What to expect: - Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to develop and execute product strategies - Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer insights to support business decisions - Assist with product lifecycle management activities and portfolio optimization initiatives - Support new product launches, commercialization efforts, and go-to-market activities - Develop and validate current and future technologies and applications within assigned product portfolios - Analyze business performance data and prepare reports using Excel and business intelligence tools - Partner with commercial teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to align on product strategy and customer requirements - Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support operational excellence projects - Manage multiple priorities and projects within a global matrix organization - Travel as required to support business objectives, customer engagement, and team collaboration - Keys to Success: Education - Advanced Degree with no prior experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of experience in product management, marketing, or a related field within the life sciences or laboratory industry. - Preferred fields of study include Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, Biology, other scientific disciplines, Business, or Marketing.
