Your job

There are no fixed routes at this company. This means that as truck driver here, you'll get to explore different sides of the country every day. Plenty of variation!

Your drives:

  • Route already set in your GPS
  • Trailer already coupled, loaded and set
  • Up to 15h/day on the road (depending on the route)
  • 3 to 15 stops/day (depending on the route)
  • Benelux and the North of France

50 % Prosjektstilling - Koordinator for læringsnettverk i barneverntjenestene

Barnevernstjenestene i Nordreisa, Karlsøy, Kåfjord, Lyngen, Storfjord, Balsfjord, Longyearbyen og Skjervøy inngår i et regionalt læringsnettverk innen barnevern. 

Vi har fått midler til et utviklingsprosjekt knyttet til et regionalt læringsnettverk i barnevern. I den forbindelse søker vi en engasjert og strukturert koordinator i 50 % stilling for perioden fram til 31.07.2027. Oppstart snarest.

Prosjektet gjennomføres i samarbeid mellom barneverntjenstene i Lyngen, Storfjord, Kåfjord, Balsfjord, Nordreisa, Karlsøy. Longyearbyen og Skjervøy kommune, der Skjervøy kommune er vertskommune med prosjekt  og budsjettansvar.

Målet med prosjektet er å styrke faglig kvalitet og bidra til varige forbedringeri barneverntjenestene, blant annet gjennom inmpelemtering av barnevernfaglig kvalitetssystem (BFK) i saksbehandlingen. 


Arbeidsoppgaver

Som koordinator for læringsnettverket vil du blant annet:

  • koordinere og følge opp arbeidet i det regionale læringsnettverket
  • bidra til implementering av Barnevernfaglig Kvalitetssystem (BKF) i deltakerkommunene
  • planlegge, forberede og koordinere fagdager og samlinger
  • sikre fremdrift og struktur i prosjektarbeidet
  • samarbeide tett med deltakende barnevernstjenester, vertskommune og eksterne fagmiljø
  • bidra til dokumentasjon, enkel rapportering og erfaringsdeling i tråd med prosjektets mål

Det legges til rette for samarbeid med RKBU (Regionalt kunnskapssenter for barn og unge), slik det er anbefalt i tilskuddet 

Kvalifikasjoner

  • Relevant høyere utdanning innen barnevern, sosialt arbeid eller tilsvarende
  • Erfaring fra arbeid i barneverntjenesten er en forutsetning
  • Kjennskap til eller erfaring med fagutvikling, kvalitetsarbeid eller implementeringsprosesser er en fordel
  • Erfaring med koordinering, prosjektarbeid eller nettverksarbeid er ønskelig
  • Førerkort klasse B
  • Søker må påregne å bruke egen bil
  • Politiattest, ikke eldre enn tre måneder, må fremlegges ved ansettelse for alle som jobber i barneverntjenesten, jf. barnevernloven § 12-11.
