Description
As an Office Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Office management
- Administrative support (travel management, emails, calls, invoicing, planning...)
- Organize and coordinate trainings and events
- HR coordination (recruitment, fleet management, expenses, HR administration...)
- Social media & internal communication
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English
- You already have a few years of experience in a similar role
- You are autonomous, proactive and take ownership
- You are detail-oriented and organised
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
