As Team Lead Inside Sales , you are the driving force behind commercial performance in your region. You lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Inside Sales team while ensuring excellent service quality and long-term customer relationships. With a strong focus on margins, KPIs, and results, you translate strategy into daily execution - and execution into success.
You operate at the crossroads of sales leadership, operations, and customer excellence . You stay close to the business with a hands‑on mindset, support key accounts, and act as a trusted sparring partner to the Sales Manager. You thrive in an international, fast‑paced environment where structure, collaboration, and continuous improvement are essential.
Are you the Team Lead Inside Sales who naturally coaches and lead people - and consistently drives commercial results? What you'll do -
Coach, and develop the Inside Sales team to maximize performance and engagement. -
Own and drive team sales results, margins, and KPIs. -
Perform daily checks on margins and pricing for sales orders and quotations; discuss deviations proactively with the team. -
Manage key accounts and ensure excellent customer relationships and service quality. -
Safeguard accurate sales administration, pricing, and reporting. -
Identify and realize up- and cross‑selling opportunities to support sustainable growth. What you bring -
HBO work and think level. -
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience. -
Minimum of 2 years of management/Team Lead experience. -
Strong analytical skills. -
English min. C1 + one other language. -
Available to work minimum 40h per week, 9:30 to 18:00. Our application process
