Jobomschrijving
In deze rol ondersteun je de Marketing Manager bij het uitvoeren van activatieplannen voor de Benelux-markt.
Je zorgt ervoor dat campagnes en promoties feilloos worden uitgerold en dat alle betrokken partijen goed op elkaar zijn afgestemd.
Je belangrijkste taken:
- Coördineren van lokale merkactivaties en promoties in samenwerking met sales en trade marketing.
- Briefen en opvolgen van bureaus voor POS-materiaal, verpakkingen en campagne-assets.
- Ondersteunen bij de organisatie van beurzen, productlanceringen en klantenacties.
- Beheren van marketingmateriaal en zorgen voor tijdige levering aan klanten of distributeurs.
- Analyseren en rapporteren van activatieresultaten en het opvolgen van KPI's.
- Beheren van het marketingbudget en administratieve opvolging (PO's, facturen, voorraad POS).
- Updaten van interne presentaties, prijslijsten en productinformatie.
Je bent een enthousiaste en georganiseerde marketeer met een eerste ervaring in FMCG, die graag campagnes tot leven brengt en impact wil maken binnen een dynamisch team.
Kortom luidt jouw profiel als volgt:
- Je hebt 2 - 3 jaar ervaring in marketing, trade marketing of communicatie, bij voorkeur in de FMCG-sector.
- Je bent hands-on, gestructureerd en weet meerdere projecten tegelijk te coördineren.
- Je werkt graag samen met verschillende afdelingen en externe partners om campagnes vlekkeloos uit te voeren.
- Je hebt een scherp oog voor detail en combineert creativiteit met een commerciële mindset.
- Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels (Frans is een plus) en voelt je thuis in een internationale omgeving.

- Developing and implementing a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with business goals and the distinct positioning of each brand
- Leading and managing the e-commerce team (3 people)
- Monitoring and improving e-commerce performance metrics while driving data- driven decisions to optimize sales and customer retention
- Collaborating with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure effective campaign execution, promotional planning, and inventory management
- Enhancing user experience (UX/UI) and customer engagement through tailored strategies
- Managing SEO/SEM campaigns, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and customer feedback mechanisms
- Exploring partnerships with agencies to support content and design
- Master in Business Engineering or Marketing
- Proven experience in e-commerce management, ideally with 5+ years in a similar position
- A sales-oriented mindset, capable of driving performance and optimizing
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and
- Leadership skills to effectively manage a diverse team and foster collaboration across
- A dynamic and hands-on attitude, ready to take initiative and address operational challenges directly.
- Fluency in English and French; Dutch is a plus but not

Our Partner is a fast growing Belgian company active in Cloud Communications and Digital solutions.
On the back of a strong national and international growth we are currently scaling up the Product Management department taking care of Products & Services definitions and lifecycle.
The position
- Take full ownership of Product & Service definition and lifecycle related to the UCaaS offering covering G2M, specs, marketing, Competition analysis, pricing, etc
- Coordinate and drive the interactions between the different technical departments, Sales/Presales & Marketing
- Push and Pull feedback on Technology and Marketing evolutions
- Participate in different cross technologies and Services projects
- Create internal and external awareness and evangelisation
- Interact with international teams to share feedback and market trends
The profile
- At least 5 years experience in ICT/Telecom related Product management or Presales role
- Excellent knowledge in Voice connectivity (UC, uCaaS, etc)
- Excellent communications skills
- Good project management skills
- Ability to think in and outside the box
Fluent in English. French and/or Dutch are nice to have
