Binnen de Make-afdeling zal jij mee instaan voor de productie van yoghurt, die verloopt via een grotendeels geautomatiseerd systeem. Jouw takenpakket als proces operator nachturen omvat onder andere:

• Toezicht houden op het productieproces en afwijkingen melden aan de teamleider.
• Zowel automatische als handmatige opvolging van het proces, zoals het vullen van tanks.
• Ontvangst van grondstoffen, waarbij je werkt met zowel fysieke handelingen als computergestuurde systemen.
• Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en het nemen van stalen; het toevoegen van melkzuurbacteriën behoort ook tot je verantwoordelijkheden. 
• Productieplanning afstemmen op binnenkomende bestellingen om verspilling en bederf te vermijden.

 

 

De proces operator die wij zoeken:

• heeft reeds een eerste ervaring als procesoperator.
• beschikt over een A2 technische opleiding.
• wil graag in de vaste nacht te werken.

In deze sleutelrol ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het strategisch aankoopbeleid. Je vertaalt forecasts naar heldere leveranciersstrategieën en voert onderhandelingen met (internationale) leveranciers. Jouw doel: structurele kostenoptimalisaties realiseren en sterke partnerschappen uitbouwen.

Je werkt nauw samen met R&D bij nieuwe productontwikkelingen (make-or-buy), en je neemt een trekkersrol op in digitaliseringsprojecten rond sourcing, planning en datagedreven aankoopbeslissingen.

• Optimaliseert het aankoopproces op basis van forecasting, marktinzichten en data
