Sous la responsabilité de la Direction Générale, le Technico-Commercial (H/F) aura notamment pour principales fonctions : ·         Commercial - Être à l’écoute des marchés. - Suivre les clients actuels et potentiels de la société afin de détecter leurs besoins. - Réaliser et transmettre les offres techniques et commerciales d’équipements et de matériel. - Relancer les offres et les solutions proposées, les défendre auprès des clients. - Assurer une veille technologique pointue sur le secteur d'activités de l'entreprise. - Suivre et anticiper les offres des concurrents afin d'identifier leurs avantages et inconvénients. - Participer ou assister à des conférences ou des salons liés au secteur d'activités de l'entreprise. - Bâtir et faire vivre le fichier de suivi des clients et prospects (planning des visites, réponses aux demandes, relances, accusé de réception des commandes, … etc.). - Conduire les négociations commerciales. - Assurer la continuité des liens avec le client et s'assurer de sa satisfaction. - Assurer le reporting auprès de la Direction Générale en lui présentant des indicateurs pertinents sur la rentabilité des affaires livrées. - Suivre les affaires sur le plan administratif et financier (relances, facturation...). - Piloter les indicateurs du processus (vente, taux de conversion, marge, etc.). ·         Général - Assurer un reporting régulier à la Direction Générale. - Proposer et participer à la politique de développement et d’amélioration continue de la société. Profil : Vous disposez de : o   Formation supérieure en mécanique et/ou commerce, o   Expérience de 5 ans minimum en gestion d’affaires commerciales, o   Bon niveau en anglais Vous êtes rigoureux, autonome, curieux, communicant, persuasif et à l’écoute. Profil recherché: En qualité de Chargé d’Affaires Régulation & GTB H/F, rattaché(e) au service commercial, vous intégrerez une équipe de 5 personnes. Ce recrutement intervient dans un contexte de croissance de l’activité GTB et vise à renforcer le support technique aux ingénieurs commerciaux terrain sur les projets d’automatisation des bâtiments. Votre rôle : transformer les besoins techniques exprimés par les clients en solutions techniques chiffrées et pertinentes, en lien étroit avec les équipes commerciales et projets. Analyse technique & dimensionnement des solutions- Analyser les cahiers des charges techniques liés aux installations de régulation CVC - Étudier les architectures d’automatisation incluant automates programmables, régulateurs numériques, bus de communication (BACnet, Modbus, KNX) et interfaces de supervision. - Dimensionner et sélectionner les équipements de régulation : sondes, capteurs, vannes motorisées, variateurs, modules d’entrées/sorties, contrôleurs programmables. Chiffrage & élaboration des offres technico-commerciales- Réaliser le chiffrage technique et financier des solutions proposées (matériels, architectures GTB, interfaces de supervision). - Construire les offres techniques et commerciales Suivi des dossiers & support commercial- Assurer le suivi des offres et devis auprès des clients et partenaires. - Préparer la transmission technique aux équipes opérationnelles (automaticiens, metteurs au point, équipes projet). Informations Complémentaires: Vous êtes la personne idéale si vous possédez : - Minimum 2 ans d’expérience dans les domaines de la régulation CVC, GTB/GTC, automatisme du bâtiment ou mise en service d’installations CVC. - Une formation Bac +2 en génie climatique, automatisme, régulation, domotique ou équivalent technique. - Une capacité à analyser techniquement un besoin client et réaliser un chiffrage précis d’une solution d’automatisation du bâtiment. - Un état d’esprit rigoureux, orienté solution et collaboratif, avec un réel sens du service client.
