Ben jij gepassioneerd door fijne vleeswaren, kaas en lekkernijen en vind je het leuk om klanten met raad en daad te adviseren? Dan hebben wij de perfecte job voor jou!

Voor onze klant,  een ambachtelijke slagerij met een hart voor kwaliteit en smaak.

Al jarenlang bereiden en verkopen we hoogwaardige charcuterie, kazen en verse streekproducten. Onze focus ligt op vakmanschap, klantgerichtheid en een persoonlijke aanpak. Bij ons staat elke klant centraal en werken we samen om elke aankoopbeleving bijzonder te maken.

Een kijkje in jouw werkdag bij ons:

  • Start je dag om 7 uur met frisse energie! Je begint met het voorbereiden van vlees en heerlijke salades.
  • Vanaf 8u30 verwelkom je onze klanten met een glimlach. Je bent klantvriendelijk en zorgt voor een service die hen in de watten legt. Jouw vakkennis en passie zorgen voor een prettige winkelervaring waar klanten graag terugkomen.

  • Hygiëne staat bij ons voorop! Je zorgt ervoor dat alles schoon en netjes is, zowel in de werkruimten als aan de toonbank.

  • Tijdens rustige momenten blijf je actief bezig: je maakt verse salades klaar en houdt de toonbank overzichtelijk, zodat alles er aantrekkelijk uitziet.

  • Op dagen dat je de winkel mee afsluit, werk je volgens een wisselend schema. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles perfect is voorbereid voor de volgende dag, zodat we elke ochtend weer met een frisse start kunnen beginnen.

  • Je helpt klanten bij het kiezen van de lekkerste charcuterie en kaasproducten

  • Je adviseert over combinaties, bereidingstips en serveersuggesties

  • Je verzorgt de presentatie van de toonbank en het assortiment.

  • Je zorgt voor een nette en aantrekkelijke winkelomgeving.

  • Je verwerkt bestellingen en kassatransacties nauwkeurig.

Jouw impact

Als Teamleader Warehouse Operations maak je het verschil in de nachtploeg.

Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het soepel laten verlopen van de inkomende en uitgaande goederenstromen én voor de motivatie en ontwikkeling van je team. Dankzij jouw aansturing blijven processen niet alleen efficiënt en veilig, maar zorg je er ook voor dat je teamleden zich ondersteund, gewaardeerd en geïnspireerd voelen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je geeft leiding aan een team in de nachtploeg: je coacht, geeft feedback, traint en volgt evaluaties op.

  • Je coördineert en organiseert de inbound- en outboundprocessen, waarbij je oog hebt voor kwaliteit en timing.

  • Je plant resources in, volgt orderlijnen op en stuurt bij waar nodig om targets te halen.

  • Je bent actief betrokken bij de rekrutering, onboarding en doorgroeitrajecten van je medewerkers.

  • Je zorgt voor een vlotte opstart en afsluiting van de werkdag, inclusief verlofplanning en de aanvraag van tijdelijke krachten.

  • Je fungeert als eerste aanspreekpunt bij incidenten of calamiteiten en waakt over de veiligheid in het warehouse.

  • Je neemt deel aan verbeteringsprojecten, implementeert kwaliteitsstandaarden en stimuleert je team om continu te verbeteren.



PROFIEL
  • Je hebt ervaring als leidinggevende of teamleader in een logistieke omgeving.

  • Je bent vertrouwd met inbound- en outboundprocessen, kwaliteitssystemen en veiligheidsprocedures.

  • Je bent digitaal vaardig en werkt vlot met verschillende PC-toepassingen.

  • Je bent communicatief sterk, resultaatgericht en kan uitstekend plannen en organiseren.

  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.

  • Je weet wat het is om zelfstandig te werken, maar je haalt net zoveel plezier uit samenwerken.
