You’re the best person to manage and spread information. You inform service centers of the right info to place orders on behalf of our dealers and you communicate with other relevant internal and extern stakeholders concerning the expected delivery date.

First of all, experience in this field is not needed. You’ll cover it by bringing your analytical mindset, your helicopter view and your customer-oriented approach.

You like juggling different questions or orders from our dealers and our helpdesk, you know how to convey any message assertively.
Creativity is not a gift, for you it’s an attitude. You love to learn, find ways to tackle any challenge and you have experience or an interest in digital tools (for instance as Python, Power BI, Qlik, Macros, OR RPA (Robotic Process Automation).

As part of the Banqup fintech environment, you will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to analyze data, build reports and dashboards, and support data-driven decision making. Responsibilities
This is what we expect of you:
- You build a sustainable relationship with our business community.
- You evaluate the business needs with regard to the corporate data warehouse and data intelligence solutions.
- You support the business in defining their needs for new data products like data marts, reports, dashboards, data extracts and machine learning cases for internal and external use.
- You analyse and document, in collaboration with the product owners of the source systems and their development teams, the data models of the operational source systems that are used for feeding the data warehouse.
- You analyse and compare the business needs against the existing data models and data catalogs.
- You design and document the required changes and test the new data products to make sure they meet the required quality standards.
- You help the business build reports and dashboards.
- You take up an advisory and guiding role during the development and implementation of new or enhanced data products.
We would be happy to see
We are looking for candidates who have:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in data, business, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in data analysis and data modelling, preferably in data warehouse environments.
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik, etc.) and dashboard/reporting development.
- Knowledge of data modelling techniques (RDBMS, Kimball, Data Vault, Slowly Changing Dimensions).
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or banking backoffice software.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Organized, proactive, and results-driven, able to work independently.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
Nice to have:
- Google Workspace, BigQuery, or Google Cloud Platform experience.
- Knowledge of data governance practices.

Service Operations & Technology (SO&T) is part of Volvo Trucks Technology & Industrial (TTI) Division. We have 5300 employees on more than 60 locations world-wide. Our job is to design, manage and optimize the Service Market supply chain for all Volvo Group brands. This includes making sure that spare parts are distributed from supplier through our warehouse to the dealers, ensuring availability of parts everywhere in the world.
