Profil recherché :
Conformément à loi du 08 juillet 1976, l'assistant social a pour mission d'aider les personnes et les familles à surmonter et/ou à améliorer les situations critiques dans lesquelles elles se trouvent afin qu'elles puissent mener une vie conforme à la dignité humaine.
Fonction pour son service social général :
- Instruire et traiter de façon autonome les demandes d'aides sociales individuelles relatives au droit à l'intégration sociale et à l'aide sociale générale (permanences sociales, enquêtes sociales, visites à domicile, rédaction des rapports sociaux...).
- Assurer l'accompagnement des usagers (suivis sociaux, psychosociaux, administratifs, ...).
- Participer aux réunions d'équipe, collaborer avec les services du CPAS et les services extérieurs.
Nous demandons :
Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme de bachelier assistant social.
Vous avez une connaissance approfondie des trois lois piliers du CPAS, de la circulaire générale DIS et de l'arrêté royal du 11/07/2002.
Vous maîtrisez les logiciels informatiques courants.
Vous travaillez d'une manière structurée.
Vous aimez travailler en équipe multidisciplinaire.

We are looking for a highly motivated Partnership & Grant Development Specialist who will play a key role in expanding CfD’s collaborative network and securing external funding.
You will be responsible for establishing new partnerships and for managing end-to-end grant application processes—from idea generation and consortium building to writing, submission, and follow-up. This is a cross-cutting role requiring scientific insight, strong project coordination, and excellent stakeholder management.
Centre for Diagnostics (CfD)
The Centre for Diagnostics (CfD) at DTU Health Tech works at the interface of research, innovation, and implementation to accelerate development and translation of diagnostic solutions. We collaborate closely with academia, hospitals, start-ups, and industry partners to create impact through strong scientific projects and strategic partnerships.
The job
You will be the key coordinator for building research partnerships and turning them into well-structured, competitive grant applications.
- Identify and engage new collaborators and strategic partners across academia, hospitals, industry, start-ups and public stakeholders
- Facilitate partnership dialogues, align expectations and support collaboration set-up in close coordination with relevant DTU support functions
- Scout and assess relevant funding calls and match them strategically to CfD priorities
- Coordinate end-to-end grant applications: concept development, consortium building, writing, collection of partner input, timelines and submission
- Coordinate budgets and administrative requirements with finance/administration and ensure compliance with funder and DTU guidelines
- Maintain overview of the proposal pipeline, deadlines and documentation, and support follow-up after submission as needed
Our expectations of you
We expect you to combine a strong research background with excellent stakeholder management and structured project coordination and have the following background and competencies:
- PhD in natural sciences (e.g., molecular biology, biochemistry, immunology or a closely related field)
- Several years of research experience after the PhD (postdoc or equivalent in academia and/or industry)
- Knowledge of the Danish and EU funding landscape and grant application processes
- Experience leading or co-writing successful grant applications
- A track record of writing successful grant applications
- Ability to communicate professionally with both scientific and non-scientific audiences
- Strong collaboration skills and a proactive approach to building long-term relationships with partners and stakeholders
- Strong ability to plan, prioritize and coordinate multiple parallel tasks and deadlines independently
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
It is an advantage if you also have:
- Hands-on experience with molecular biology and/or immunoassay techniques (e.g., nucleic acid extraction, PCR/qPCR, ELISA/immunoassays)
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., LLMs) and responsible use practices—such as validation of outputs and attention to confidentiality
- Understanding of GDPR and research data governance in collaborative projects
- An entrepreneurial and solution-oriented mindset, with interest in translational research
- Experience with project management in research or innovation settings
- Experience in assay development

Salary and appointment terms
Salary and appointment terms will be in accordance with the relevant collective agreement for academics in the state (AC) and the applicable agreements at DTU.
The position is full-time and based at DTU Health Tech.
