Chef for Asian cuisine

Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and cook a variety of Asian cuisines (e.g., Chinese, Korean, Japanese);
2. Ensure quality and consistency in food preparation according to the restaurant menu;
3. Maintain kitchen hygiene and comply with food safety standards;
4. Collaborate with the team to develop new dishes and enhance the menu;
5. Manage food inventory and control costs effectively.
Requirements:
1. Experience in cooking Asian cuisines
2. Passion for cooking, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility;
3. Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
4. 1-3 years of relevant experience; culinary certifications are a plus;

Die Kleine Bierstube is looking for a new part-time team member in the kitchen, for around 10-15 hours a week.
The working hours are mostly during Friday and Saturday between 11-21.
We are looking for someone with a bit of experience in the kitchen, it can be as a dishwasher or kitchen helper, but feel free to apply if you think you could fit in.
The main tasks involve cooking German food, washing dishes and cleaning at the end of the shift.
We are a social group who likes to work together and provide a good customer experience. We go out to eat together once a month and generally are happy to stop by Bierstuben for a beer and a chat with the team.

About the Position
This role offers a unique opportunity to combine flight instruction with classroom-based theory teaching, creating a varied and rewarding workday where your expertise truly makes a difference. The position is full time at our flying base in Aarhus Airport.
You can, as a flight instructor, expect to conduct teaching primarily in flying aboard the aircraft. Occasionally there will also be teaching in the classroom or in the simulator.
When you start at Greybird as a student you have high expectations of the quality of the education. Those are expectations that you, as a flight instructor, will help fulfill. This is both an exciting and challenging task.
The sponsorship
If you are not already certified CRI/SPA we will sponsor the education you need.
For that we mandatory expect that you have:
✅EASA ATPL or CPL
✅Experience as PIC on MEP aircraft
✅Meets the requirements of EASA FCL for CRI/SPA ME or IRI MEP
technical and academic knowledge
The ability to work structured and high level of quality awareness
Experience in working with people
The will to educate in a constructive and professional way
A cooperative and welcoming attitude
Basic knowledge in IT
