Dans le cadre de son développement, notre entreprise recherche un **Technicien Dépanneur CVC Confirmé (H/F)** pour intervenir auprès d'une clientèle principalement tertiaire. Vous assurez le dépannage, le diagnostic et la maintenance des installations de **chauffage, ventilation, climatisation et traitement d'air**, dans le respect des règles de sécurité et des engagements clients. Vos missions * Réaliser les interventions de dépannage et de maintenance corrective sur les installations CVC. * Effectuer les recherches de pannes et identifier les dysfonctionnements électriques, hydrauliques, frigorifiques ou liés à la régulation. * Réaliser les réparations et remplacements de composants défectueux. * Effectuer les opérations de maintenance préventive prévues aux contrats. * Contrôler les paramètres et les performances des installations. * Intervenir notamment sur des **splits, multisplits, systèmes DRV/VRV, groupes froids, roof-top, CTA, PAC, VMC et extracteurs**. * Effectuer des interventions de premier niveau sur les systèmes de régulation. * Renseigner les comptes rendus d'intervention sur tablette ou logiciel GMAO. * Assurer un reporting régulier auprès du responsable maintenance. * Être en contact avec les clients, expliquer les interventions réalisées et signaler les éventuels travaux complémentaires à prévoir. Profil recherché Vous êtes titulaire d'un **BEP/CAP Énergétique, Bac Pro TMSEC, Bac Pro MEE**, ou disposez d'une expérience équivalente. Vous justifiez d'une **expérience d'au moins 5 ans en maintenance et dépannage CVC**, idéalement acquise dans le secteur tertiaire : bureaux, commerces ou établissements recevant du public. Vous maîtrisez : * la lecture de schémas électriques ; * le diagnostic électrique, frigorifique et hydraulique ; * la manipulation des fluides frigorigènes ; * l'utilisation des appareils de mesure : multimètre, pince ampèremétrique, manifold, thermomètre électronique. La connaissance de la **régulation CVC et de la variation de vitesse** est appréciée. Regular support of ALLEA’s communications activities: - Support in establishing and maintaining media contact databases, creating stakeholder outreach lists, and designing strategies to communicate ALLEA’s work. - Assist the communications team in drafting website posts and press releases, and in the day-to-day management of social media channels and blog - Help prepare, edit, proofread, and layout ALLEA newsletters, publications, leaflets, etc. - Support the team with preparation, execution, and follow-up of digital, hybrid or in-person public events as well as working group and committee meetings. - Media monitoring, project administration and general office tasks are also part of this role.
