Om rollen
Som Email Marketing Specialist blir du en sentral del av markedsteamet. Du får muligheten til å utvikle en helhetlig e-poststrategi for å øke engasjement og innsamlede midler fra denne kanalen. Videre vil du være ansvarlig for planlegging, gjennomføring og optimalisering av e-postkampanjer. I tillegg vil du jobbe med automatiserte giverløp.
Du vil jobbe både strategisk og operativt, fra idé og innhold til teknisk gjennomføring og analyse, og samarbeide tett med interne fagmiljøer.
Arbeidsoppgaver
Utvikle en helhetlig e-poststrategi for Leger Uten Grenser
Planlegge, produsere og sende e-poster, nyhetsbrev og kampanjer som driver engasjement og inntekter
Utvikle og administrere e-postløp
Ha ansvar for teknisk oppsett i Marketing Cloud, inkludert segmentering, personalisering, kvalitetssikring og utsendelse
Definere og utvikle målgrupper for relevant og treffsikker kommunikasjon
Gjennomføre relevante tester for kontinuerlig forbedring av innhold og effekt
Analysere og rapportere resultater
Bidra til utvikling av innhold i samarbeid med markedsteamet
Holde deg oppdatert på trender, verktøy og beste praksis innen e-postmarkedsføring
Kvalifikasjoner
Minst tre år høyere utdanning innen markedsføring eller tilsvarende, gjerne med erfaring innen CRM. Minimum fem års relevant arbeidserfaring kan erstatte behovet for relevant utdanning
God teknisk forståelse og erfaring med relevante verktøy (f.eks. Salesforce / Marketing Cloud eller lignende)
Erfaring med e-postmarkedsføring og marketing automation. Erfaring med Marketing Cloud eller andre systemer for markedsføringsautomatisering er en stor fordel
Erfaring med å skrive, designe og optimalisere e-post

About the role
Vind AI is on an ambitious growth journey. Marketing has clear strategic priorities for 2026, including growth focus in Europe, and raising awareness with media and SEO/AEO.
As our Growth Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of campaign execution and demand generation performance. You will work closely with sales, customer success, product and leadership to ensure that marketing efforts directly support pipeline growth and revenue impact.
This is the second marketing hire in the company. You will have real ownership from day one and grow quickly with the role. You will play an important role in making sure commercial KPI is shortening our sales cycle, strengthening structure, systems and execution across our marketing function.
Some of the tasks you will be responsible for:
Executing and optimising multi-channel marketing campaigns
Owning HubSpot automation, segmentation and nurture flows
Coordinating webinars and follow-up workflows
Building and optimising landing pages and conversion flows
Supporting sales enablement production
Tracking funnel performance and identifying areas for improvement
Analysing customer trial data and contributing to optimisation efforts
Contributing to shortening the sales cycle
What success looks like
6–12 months into the role, you have:

We are looking for someone with experience from a B2B (preferably SaaS) environment who is both structured and hands-on.
Strong experience with HubSpot
Experience working in B2B marketing
A structured and detail-oriented way of working

Comfortable executing independently
Strong written and spoken English

Have experience publishing in Webflow

Performance Marketing Manager
We’re looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale Attensi’s paid performance globally.
This role comes with real ownership and direct commercial impact. As we continue to grow across the US, Europe and the Nordics, paid media performance plays a central role in how we accelerate pipeline and commercial growth.
You will have the opportunity to shape and strengthen how we approach paid media across markets and industries, building a scalable performance engine that supports our global ambitions.
Working closely with Commercial, Marketing, the CEO and international teams, you will ensure our paid efforts translate into measurable impact and revenue growth.
What you will do
You will take full ownership of our paid channels and drive continuous improvement across markets.
Your responsibilities will include:
Owning and optimizing paid media budgets
Structuring and scaling campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn
Driving measurable impact on pipeline, CAC, ROAS and revenue
Continuously analyzing data and turning insights into performance improvements
Strengthening tracking, measurement and attribution in collaboration with Marketing Ops
Testing new initiatives and scaling what works internationally
Contributing to strengthening our organic visibility across SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and emerging AI-driven search, ensuring paid and organic efforts reinforce each other
Who you are
You have 3+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience and have owned paid channels end-to-end.
You:
Have personally managed and optimized Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Have been directly responsible for paid media budgets and performance outcomes
Are analytically strong and comfortable working with data, testing and structured experimentation
Have experience working with Google Analytics (GA4), attribution frameworks and tools such as HubSpot or similar
Understand how paid channels influence a B2B buying journey
Have experience from international markets or globally operating companies
Stay curious about how AI-driven search, SEO and emerging tools are reshaping digital discoverability in B2B
Experience from B2B and/or SaaS is an advantage

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team until May 2027!
As our Digital Marketing Manager you are responsible for the planning, execution and optimization of digital strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across B2C and B2B segments. You will collaborate closely with our local markets (Norway and Sweden) and local media agencies to ensure that digital strategies align with market needs, priorities, and the overall business objectives. What you’ll be doing as a Digital Marketing Manager
Manage and lead the execution of digital marketing in paid social, search, display, SEO, etc. to maximize performance, including customer acquisition and engagement in both B2C and B2B segments.
Increase campaign conversion rates through personal and relevant content, ensuring a cohesive campaign orchestration together with the CRM and Shop team.
Collaborate closely with the local market teams, including Head of Market and Creative and Content, to understand market-specific needs, align strategies, and prioritize digital activities.
Lead external agencies to manage day-to-day digital campaign activities, including planning, execution, and ongoing optimization, ensuring campaigns align with market goals.
Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital campaigns across all channels, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.
Ensure we have the right tooling and tracking to run personalized campaigns at scale and to confidently attribute and measure business impact of those campaigns.
What you’ll need to succeed 🌟
Proven ability to lead the implementation of digital marketing strategy with internal and external partners and agencies.
Strong understanding of all digital marketing channels, including paid social, search, display, and SEO, including proficiency in platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
