The Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST) is a Research and Technology Organization (RTO) active in the fields of materials, environment and IT. How will you contribute?
You will mainly:
Create and manage impactful communication projects: from editorial content and press relations to digital campaigns, videos, and website development.
Craft and publish engaging content across channels such as intranet, web portals, newsletters, and events.
Ensure that content complies with LIST's communication policies and requirements and that the necessary checks are carried out before publication in the various communication means and media.
Provide communication advice and support to RDI teams, including on communicating scientific outputs or campaigns.
Drive communication efforts to promote LIST's projects and partnerships, enhancing its internal and external presence.
Participate in the development and implementation of branding strategies and marketing campaigns. Work closely with other teams to execute and deliver the marketing initiatives.
Contribute to planning and implementing marketing and social media strategies to increase LIST brand recognition.
Identify, analyse, and solve problems/challenges within the Communication office and evaluate feasibility and effectiveness of solutions.
Analyse reporting on communication actions and propose improvement actions. Evaluate communication actions and recommend creative ways to boost their impact.
Stay informed and updated on industry partners, stakeholders, and other relevant audiences of interest for LIST. Continuously research topics about LIST, its different fields of business and stakeholders.
Participate in internal and external events to build community and boost LIST's brand awareness. Represent LIST at internal and external events, helping to build community and visibility.
Communicate with internal/external parties linked to their work. Know who to communicate with to solve issues.
Influence parties within own area of work to get things done and achieve goals.
May assist entry-level professionals within the Communication team.
Promote safety and wellbeing by following LIST's HSE standards and looking out for yourself and others.

Education:
Bachelor's or master's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
Experience and skills:
Excellent knowledge of internal/external communication obtained through advanced education combined with some experience.
Previous experience in a research, science, or tech-driven organization is highly valued.
Strong knowledge of content management systems and social media platforms.
Strong computer skills and mastery of media tools, practices, and new communication trends in the market.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
Good organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
At least 3 years of experience in the field after Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent studies and/or certification where required.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and demonstrate know-how.
Experience handling a complete process or mission with autonomy and achieving expected results on quality and time.
Demonstrated good knowledge of the processes/missions under responsibility.
Strong analytical skills: from information gathering to insightful recommendations.
Successfully managed tasks in missions/projects of moderate size and scope.
Genuine client-oriented mindset, ensuring communication meets internal needs and expectations.
Good communication skills, able to deal with internal and external parties.
