B. Apps, Websites und Social) und übersetzt Business-Ziele in messbare Metriken. - Du baust neue Strukturen und Standards auf, die unsere Brands als Entscheidungsgrundlage nutzen. - Du konzipierst Tagging- und Tracking-Strategien (z. B. Events, Conversions, Funnels) und misst so die Performance von Inhalten und Kampagnen. - Du berätst unsere Teams bei datengetriebenen Entscheidungen und stärkst unser „Data-First“-Mindset. DAS ZEICHNET DICH AUS - Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in Digital/Data Analytics – idealerweise mit dem Google Toolstack (z. B. Analytics, Looker Studio & Big Query) - Du denkst hypothesengetrieben und lieferst saubere Ableitungen statt Bauchgefühl. - Du arbeitest selbstständig und eigenverantwortlich. Du treibst deinen Verantwortungsbereich mit Leidenschaft voran. - Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung im Online-Marketing bzw. E-Commerce. Idealerweise im Affiliate-Marketing. - Du visualisierst komplexe Sachverhalte einfach & klar und kommunizierst gerne proaktiv mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern - Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und hast deinen Wohnsitz in Deutschland. - Optional: - Du hast A/B-Tests konzipiert und auf dessen Basis bestehende Webseiten optimiert - Du hast Monetarisierungsmodelle, wie z.
