Dive into the heart of agricultural innovation
We’re looking for a Senior Content Manager with strong interaction and interface skills who enjoys working across teams. You’ll help evolve key parts of the Nofence app and ensure a smooth end-to-end experience. Working closely with UX leads, Product Managers and Engineering leads, you’ll use insight and iteration to connect user needs with business goals and shape the direction of our application.
About the role
As Senior Content Manager, you’ll take the lead on written content strategy across the full user journey. You’ll make sure every touchpoint feels consistent, clear, and aligned with the Nofence tone of voice.
Your day-to-day will include:
Writing user-friendly content for the marketing website, in-app experiences, help centre articles, launch materials, and email communication.
Collaborating with the Head of Experience to build scalable content systems and guidelines that can grow with the company.
Translating complex product details into clear, accessible language that builds trust and confidence.
Using analytics and feedback to refine and improve content.
Partnering with Product, UX, Marketing and Engineering to align content with user and business goals.
Managing and mentoring content writers in the team.
Exploring new technologies and AI tools to scale production while keeping the quality high.
About you
You bring 5–8 years of experience in product content, UX writing, or content strategy, ideally from a product-led or SaaS environment. You know how to balance creativity with clarity and enjoy making complex ideas easy to understand.
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
Have led or mentored a content team.
Hold a strong portfolio showing clear, human-centred writing.
Are familiar with CMS tools such as Contentful or Storyblok.
Have experience with localisation workflows and tools.
Collaborate well across disciplines and enjoy working closely with designers and developers.
Know how to use data and SEO principles to guide content decisions.
Are fluent in Norwegian and English (Spanish is a plus).
Have an interest in agriculture or sustainability.
