Responsibilities:
- Encompass a range of activities centered around customer engagement, lead generation, and coordinating with field sales representatives to schedule visits with targeted potential clients. - Prospecting for and identifying new leads through outbound calls, emails, and inbound inquiries, thoroughly understanding customer needs, and tailoring sales pitches accordingly. - Maintain accurate customer records, track sales activities using CRM tools, order resolution and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize strategies and pipeline management. Specific Roles:
- Conduct outbound prospecting and qualify inbound leads to develop a robust sales pipeline. - Manage sales cycles from initial contact to contract closure, coordinating closely with marketing and field sales teams. - Maintain accurate and timely records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. - Develop and execute targeted campaigns that effectively communicate MT's core values, customized to meet the specific needs of each customer. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer requirements and feedback are communicated and addressed. - Achieve assigned performance indicator and contribute to team revenue goals. - Continuously update product knowledge to provide relevant information and value to customers. - Consistently update CRM expertise to offer accurate guidance and timely resolution for order processing inquiries. - Provide timely reports on pipeline status, market trends, and competitor activity to sales leadership.
