Your key responsibilities:
- Work daily in a Class A/B/C/D cleanroom environment and maintain the cleanliness of equipment and facilities.
- Produce clinical and commercial ATMPs through aseptic manual processes, including cell isolation, selection, activation, transduction, culture, filling & finishing, and cryopreservation.
- Perform in-process control tests on batch samples, ensuring high standards for cell counts and viability.
- Ensure equipment operates smoothly by following instructions, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating repairs.
- Contribute to process optimization, including the introduction of new products, procedures, and equipment in GMP areas.
- Support the writing and review of SOPs and other production-related documents, and manage raw materials, consumables, and waste.
Who we are looking for:
- You have obtained at least a Bachelor's degree in Sciences, Bio-Engineering, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or a related field, or possess equivalent experience.
- Cell experience (internship or work-based) is a strong plus.
- Knowledge of GMP regulations is a strong plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork are required.
- Clear communication in English with attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a positive attitude.
- Motivated to learn independently and coach others.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

We work across clothing and furniture. As a small, hands-on team, everyone's work has a direct impact on how our brands look, feel, and grow.
We're looking for a Customer Service Intern to join us on-site and and be the friendly voice behind our three brands. You'll be the first point of contact for customers and helping us keep the same care and attention we put into our products in every conversation.
What you'll do
- Answer customer questions via email, social media, and/or live chat across our three brands
- Help resolve order issues: shipping questions, returns, exchanges, and order tracking
- Keep customers informed and reassured, even when something's gone wrong
- Log and flag recurring issues so the team can spot patterns and improve processes
- Support with maintaining FAQs and help-center content as our brands and product lines grow
- Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to make sure customer feedback is heard
What we're looking for
- Currently studying business, communication, or a related field (or recently graduated)
- Strong written communication skills and a genuine, patient, customer-first attitude
- Organized and comfortable managing multiple conversations at once
- Interest in fashion, design, or furniture is a plus
- Fluent in English
