As a customer service specialist for a team in Venray or Venlo you are the central point of contact for customers and play an important role in the logistics process. You ensure that everything runs smoothly from order to delivery and that customers are always informed in a timely and accurate manner. You are in daily contact with customers, internal departments, and external partners such as carriers and warehouses. In this role, you maintain oversight, identify deviations, and provide appropriate solutions. The positions are available in both part-time and full-time employment and are carried out during day shifts. Within the organization, there are various departments and responsibilities, and together we will determine which role best matches your experience and logistics background.
Example of your tasks:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers via email, phone, and systems
- Process and coordinate orders, shipments, returns, and administrative data
- Collaborate with internal departments such as warehouse, transport, and planning
- Monitor processes, KPIs, and service agreements, and make adjustments where necessary
- Identify and resolve deviations, delays, and operational issues
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
- Actively contribute to process improvements and service optimization
