Tasks and expectations:
We seek an outstanding candidate with a strong expertise in genetics and molecular biology, including the application of these approaches to the nervous system. Internationally recognised expertise and a strong track record of successfully securing external funding are required. Collaboration within the Faculty of Biology, the University Medical Centre, the Institute of Molecular Biology (IMB) and participation in current and future research consortia is expected.
The successful candidate will receive departmental positions and start-up funds and will be expected to establish an independent and internationally visible research program sustained by third party funding. Your tasks and responsibilities
The team of Logistic Systems at Airbus Helicopters is responsible for specifying, implementing and improving the logistics system (warehouse, infrastructure, IT, material allocations, material flows, and processes) to enable Operations (industrial, services, and MRO) for an efficient and reliable On-Time-Delivery of material to the Point of Use/Delivery.
As a Logistic System engineer, you will contribute to the mission by specifying and designing layouts, flows, processes as well as identifying, analysing, and implementing improvements within warehouse and shopfloor logistics operations. You will leverage operational insights, audits, and data to optimise internal flows, standardise work practices, and enhance process robustness across Airbus Helicopters sites.
- Designing logistic (intra and inter-site) process and infrastructure solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Als teamleider Digitale Meterketting ben je verantwoordelijk voor de operationele werking en verdere optimalisatie van de systemen die de Digitale Meterketting ondersteunen. De digitale meterketting is de volledige weg die meetgegevens afleggen: van de digitale watermeter bij de klant, via verschillende systemen, tot bij de toepassingen en medewerkers die de gegevens gebruiken voor beheer en facturatie. Je vormt daarbij de schakel tussen de business, ICT, eindgebruikers en externe partners. Je geeft operationeel leiding aan een team van 2 tot 5 medewerkers.
Je stuurt een team van 2 tot 5 medewerkers operationeel aan. Je verdeelt het werk, stelt prioriteiten, begeleidt medewerkers bij complexe opdrachten en stimuleert hun ontwikkeling en samenwerking.
Je bewaakt de operationele werking van de systemen die de Digitale Meterketting en de gekoppelde applicaties ondersteunen en zorgt ervoor dat de afgesproken serviceniveaus worden opgevolgd.
Je organiseert en coördineert de eerste- en tweedelijnsondersteuning van eindgebruikers en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging van vragen, incidenten en problemen.
Je volgt de dienstverlening van externe leveranciers op, bewaakt de gemaakte afspraken en SLA's en formuleert voorstellen om de samenwerking en dienstverlening verder te verbeteren.
Je organiseert en leidt overleg met interne en externe partners en zorgt voor een goede afstemming, opvolging en terugkoppeling van gemaakte afspraken.
Je werkt mee aan procesoptimalisaties en digitale verbeteringen en begeleidt de functionele analyse, testing en implementatie van nieuwe of gewijzigde functionaliteiten.
Je bouwt expertise op binnen jouw domein en deelt deze kennis met medewerkers, collega's en andere betrokkenen, onder meer via overleg en opleidingen.
Je waakt over een goede informatiedoorstroming en kennisdeling binnen het team en zorgt ervoor dat de werkzaamheden kwaliteitsvol en efficiënt worden uitgevoerd.
Je hebt een grondige kennis van servicemanagementprocessen en begrijpt het belang van SLA's, incident- en probleembeheer.
Je hebt ervaring met businessanalyse en het vertalen van gebruikersbehoeften naar functionele oplossingen.
Je hebt een sterke analytische ingesteldheid en kunt complexe problemen structureren en tot een oplossing brengen.
Je hebt inzicht in datamodelling alsook in functionele en technische analyse.
Je hebt ervaring met project- en changemanagement en voelt je comfortabel in een omgeving waarin verschillende interne en externe partijen samenwerken.
Je kunt vlot communiceren met zowel technische experten als businessgebruikers en weet verschillende belangen met elkaar te verbinden.
Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid, werkt zelfstandig en durft initiatief te nemen.
Je vindt het motiverend om medewerkers te begeleiden, kennis te delen en een team mee te laten groeien.
Je hebt ervaring met monitoringstools en kennis van de systemen binnen de digitale watermeterketting zoals SAP en/of MS Dynamics.
Ervaring met data-analysetools zoals Databricks en Power BI is een troef.
Ervaring met integratieprojecten en integratie technische opzet is een troef.
