Project
The project “InForM: Inference, Forecasting, and Mitigation of Future Epidemics” (InForM) is funded by the Novo Nordisk Foundation. Its goal is to develop and apply data science tools to strengthen epidemic preparedness. To reach this goal, the project seeks to hire an excellent PhD student to improve statistical methods used for epidemic forecasting (e.g. methods to sample and summarize ensembles of simulated epidemic trajectories).

The PhD will be supervised by PI Jonas L Juul, Assistant Professor in Data Science at the IT University of Copenhagen (see https://jonassjuul.github.io), and Vedran Sekara, Associate Professor in Data Science at the IT University of Copenhagen.



Main responsibilities
Responsibilities include:

  • Contribute to the advancement of groundbreaking research with crucial societal implications, in a highly dynamic and interdisciplinary environment,
  • Coauthor scientific papers aimed at high-impact journals, participate in international conferences, and participate in advanced university classes to learn new skills,
  • Work as a teaching assistant at the IT University of Copenhagen,

The Project

PLATEFORME

Pour la formation d'une Équipe Multidisciplinaire Ambulatoire de Soutien (EMAS) dans le cadre du nouveau Programme Régional de Soins pour les Troubles Alimentaires, nous recherchons un psychologue clinique/orthopédagogue. Cette EMAS soutient les prestataires de soins ambulatoires de première et deuxième lignes, qui prennent en charge des jeunes (jusqu'à 24 ans) atteints de troubles alimentaires légers/modérés, afin qu'ils puissent suivre un traitement le plus longtemps possible dans leur propre environnement. Ce soutien est téléphonique, en ligne et/ou en personne, et exceptionnellement en direct avec le patient. L'EMAS offre un soutien pour les cas spécifiques et facilite l'échange d'expertise. En outre, il relie également l'offre régionale de soins en matière de troubles alimentaires et vise à combler les lacunes dans cette trajectoire de soins intégrés. L'EMAS est composé de manière multidisciplinaire d'un (pédo)psychiatre, d'un médecin, d'un diététicien et d'un psychologue clinique/orthopédagogue, tous dotés de compétences et d'expérience spécifiques dans le traitement des troubles alimentaires. Cette EMAS travaillera également à l'avenir en étroite collaboration avec les EMAS suprarégionales des centres d'expertise pour les troubles alimentaires.

Votre fonction

  • Vous êtes la personne de référence de l'EMAS du réseau Bru-Stars en collaboration avec la permanence intégrée de Bru-Stars
  • Vous capturez toutes les demandes de conseils, les dispatchez vers l'expert approprié de l'EMAS et/ou les planifiez lors de la réunion d'équipe hebdomadaire.
  • Vous fournissez vous-même des conseils sur les aspects psychologiques et motivationnels des soins.
  • Vous participez aux réunions hebdomadaires de l'EMAS du réseau Bru-Stars.
  • Vous organisez les réunions hebdomadaires de conseil en ligne auxquelles les diététiciens conventionnés ambulatoires, les psychologues cliniques, les orthopédagogues et les médecins traitants peuvent participer.
  • Vous inventoriez l'offre de soins pour les troubles alimentaires dans la province, détectez les lacunes et les discontinuités et travaillez avec la coordination du réseau à l'approche politique.
  • Vous développez au sein de l'EMAS une offre de formation thématique basée sur les besoins de conseil détectés.
  • Vous assurez la formation en collaboration avec les autres membres de l'EMAS du réseau Bru-Stars et, à l'avenir, également avec les EMAS des centres d'expertise, en utilisant les manuels de Eetexpert vzw et du CEPIA, vous aiderez à augmenter l'expertise des intermédiaires (médecins généralistes, CLB/PMS, JAC/AMO, etc.), à travers la formation, les supervisions/tables rondes et/ou les cas spécifiques.

Pour la formation d'une Équipe Multidisciplinaire Ambulatoire de Soutien (EMAS) dans le cadre du nouveau Programme Régional de Soins pour les Troubles Alimentaires, nous recherchons un psychologue clinique/orthopédagogue. Cette EMAS soutient les prestataires de soins ambulatoires de première et deuxième lignes, qui prennent en charge des jeunes (jusqu'à 24 ans) atteints de troubles alimentaires légers/modérés, afin qu'ils puissent suivre un traitement le plus longtemps possible dans leur propre environnement. Ce soutien est téléphonique, en ligne et/ou en personne, et exceptionnellement en direct avec le patient. L'EMAS offre un soutien pour les cas spécifiques et facilite l'échange d'expertise. En outre, il relie également l'offre régionale de soins en matière de troubles alimentaires et vise à combler les lacunes dans cette trajectoire de soins intégrés. L'EMAS est composé de manière multidisciplinaire d'un (pédo)psychiatre, d'un médecin, d'un diététicien et d'un psychologue clinique/orthopédagogue, tous dotés de compétences et d'expérience spécifiques dans le traitement des troubles alimentaires. Cette EMAS travaillera également à l'avenir en étroite collaboration avec les EMAS suprarégionales des centres d'expertise pour les troubles alimentaires.

Votre fonction

  • Vous êtes la personne de référence de l'EMAS du réseau Bru-Stars en collaboration avec la permanence intégrée de Bru-Stars
  • Vous capturez toutes les demandes de conseils, les dispatchez vers l'expert approprié de l'EMAS et/ou les planifiez lors de la réunion d'équipe hebdomadaire.
  • Vous fournissez vous-même des conseils sur les aspects psychologiques et motivationnels des soins.
  • Vous participez aux réunions hebdomadaires de l'EMAS du réseau Bru-Stars.
  • Vous organisez les réunions hebdomadaires de conseil en ligne auxquelles les diététiciens conventionnés ambulatoires, les psychologues cliniques, les orthopédagogues et les médecins traitants peuvent participer.
  • Vous inventoriez l'offre de soins pour les troubles alimentaires dans la province, détectez les lacunes et les discontinuités et travaillez avec la coordination du réseau à l'approche politique.
  • Vous développez au sein de l'EMAS une offre de formation thématique basée sur les besoins de conseil détectés.
  • Vous assurez la formation en collaboration avec les autres membres de l'EMAS du réseau Bru-Stars et, à l'avenir, également avec les EMAS des centres d'expertise, en utilisant les manuels de Eetexpert vzw et du CEPIA, vous aiderez à augmenter l'expertise des intermédiaires (médecins généralistes, CLB/PMS, JAC/AMO, etc.), à travers la formation, les supervisions/tables rondes et/ou les cas spécifiques.

 

  • Vous avez un diplôme de base de master en psychologie clinique/orthopédagogie.
  • Votre portfolio comprend des compétences et une expérience avérées dans le traitement des troubles alimentaires.
  • Vous souhaitez mettre cette expertise au service des prestataires de soins ambulatoires au sein d'une équipe de soutien multidisciplinaire.
  • Vous souhaitez travailler de manière inspirante et fédératrice pour aborder plus rapidement les problèmes liés aux troubles alimentaires.
  • Vous travaillez de manière fédératrice avec les partenaires.
  • Vous avez de préférence une formation psychothérapeutique supplémentaire ciblée sur les TCA.
  • Vous êtes éloquent et avez de solides compétences en communication.
  • Vous êtes ouvert au changement et prêt à contribuer à l'amélioration continue des soins.
  • Vous pouvez transmettre de manière marquante et claire votre expertise et votre vision, et aimez renforcer les autres prestataires de soins.
  • Vous êtes avide d'apprendre, avez une bonne capacité de réflexion logique et pouvez maintenir une vue d'ensemble.
