The Role
As a Process Development Engineer you will be at the heart of our flex fabrication innovation. This is a hands-on role where you'll spend most of the time in the lab fabricating flexes for R&D testing, exploring new capabilities and running structured experiments to strengthen and refine our process flows. With a structured and practical mindset, you turn assignments into clear daily execution plans, document results with precision, and proactively propose the next steps that move us forward.

Your key responsibilities will include - Process Experimentation & Development :
Running lab-based process experiments to explore parameter windows and improve repeatability and robustness - Fabrication & Validation:
Fabricating flexes and test structures to validate new capabilities and customer-driven requirements - Quality Control Support:
Applying quality control checks during development (microscope inspection, electrical checks) and support quality control operations when needed - Process Improvement & Troubleshooting:
Implementing and refining different production processes; troubleshoot issues and drive practical improvements - Documentation & Communication:
Clearly documenting experiments, recipes, settings and results, and communicating outcomes to the team - Cross-Functional Coll...
