Who we are looking for: Hold or be in the process of undertaking a minimum of QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support or a minimum of QQI Level 6 Social Care or a Nursing qualification. Have experience in supporting people with disabilities. Candidates who have experience and no qualifications may be hired if they are willing to undertake and complete QQI Level 5 Healthcare Support within 18 months of the commencement of their role. Hold or be working towards gaining a Full Manual Driving license and willingness to drive for work. The role requires availability to work all shifts across a 24-hour, seven-day-a-week roster. Desire for personal and professional development Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Eligibility to work in Ireland is essential. Good Standard of verbal and written English. Computer literate (experience with online care management systems an advantage). Personal integrity and trustworthiness. Positive attitude. We zoeken een ervaren ISO/IEC 27001 Project Manager die het volledige traject beheert: van gap-analyse tot certificatie en continue verbetering. Je speelt een sleutelrol in een high-impact securityprogramma en werkt nauw samen met IT, risk, compliance en business om security stevig te verankeren in de organisatie.
Wat ga je doen
Trek de ISO 27001-kar Leiden van de end-to-end implementatie en continue verbetering van een ISO/IEC 27001-compliant ISMS Bepalen van scope, roadmap, milestones en timelines – en zorgen dat ze gerealiseerd worden Coördineren van certificatie- en opvolgaudits met externe auditors
Governance, Risk & Compliance Uitvoeren van gap-analyses, risicoanalyses en maturity assessments Afstemmen met relevante frameworks en regelgeving (NIS2, DORA, GDPR, ...) Beheren en verbeteren van ISMS-documentatie (policies, SoA, risicoregister, procedures)
Stakeholder & Change Management Fungeren als hét aanspreekpunt voor ISO 27001 binnen de organisatie Ondersteunen van control owners bij implementatie en bewijsvoering van controls Stimuleren van een sterke security awareness en cultuur
Continue verbetering Monitoren van de ISMS-prestaties en initiëren van verbeteracties Opvolgen van non-conformiteiten en corrective actions Voorbereiden van managementrapportering en ondersteunen van reviews
Wat breng je mee
- Aantoonbare ervaring met het managen van complexe security-, risk- of complianceprogramma's
- Hands-on ervaring met ISO/IEC 27001 implementatie en/of certificatie
