Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Pizzaiolo who takes pride in producing authentic Italian pizza at the highest level.
This is not an entry-level position. We are only interested in candidates with genuine professional experience working in authentic Italian pizzerias.

The ideal candidate:

• Has several years of professional experience as a Pizzaiolo.
• Has leadership qualities and is comfortable taking responsibility in the kitchen.
• Can stretch pizza dough quickly and consistently by hand.
• Can confidently operate a professional Moretti Forni electric oven with a capacity of 9 pizzas.
• Can produce a high volume of pizzas while maintaining excellent quality and consistency.
• Works calmly and efficiently under pressure.
• Is clean, organised, reliable, and passionate about authentic Italian pizza.

Important
We are looking for a true professional.
Unfortunately, in the past we have hired people who described themselves as experienced pizza chefs but were unable to perform at the level required in a professional Italian pizzeria.
For this reason, we will only consider applicants with proven professional experience and strong practical skills.

Please note that you must have a valid work permit for Denmark or be an EU/EEA, Nordic, or Swiss citizen to be considered for this position.

What We Offer

• Permanent full-time position.
• 32–37 working hours per week, spread across 5 working days.
• Opportunity to work 6 days per week for candidates who wish to earn a higher salary.
• Gross salary of approximately €3,500 per month (before tax), depending on experience and qualifications.

Our restaurant in Kalundborg is a well-run, busy operation with a proven concept, experienced ownership and a clear direction. Located right in the middle of Kalundborg's main pedestrian street, we are a lively, pulsing part of the town and a gathering place for its residents. Our purpose is to create a vibrant place for the people of Kalundborg, built on quality ingredients and good food. Our concept is based on modern Danish cuisine with a Nordic twist, combined with well executed brasserie classics and a varied à la carte menu. We focus on quality ingredients, solid craftsmanship and seasonal cooking, with dishes that combine flavour, comfort and consistency. Our menu includes both classic meat dishes, such as pepper steak, pasta dishes and other popular brasserie favourites.

Alongside our à la carte service, we have a private dining and events room, which you will also be part of. It brings welcome variety to the daily kitchen work, with menus that differ from the standard à la carte and the chance to cook for parties, celebrations and special occasions.

You will be joining a business with an already proven concept, an organised kitchen and a strong operational foundation. The setup is stable and well prepared, giving you a secure framework in which to do great work and develop your craft. Here you also get the freedom to bring your own ideas to life. We are not a place where everything is dictated from above — our chefs and kitchen staff are given the room to develop dishes, contribute to the menu and put their own mark on the food.

We are looking for chefs / cooks who:
• Have experience working in a professional kitchen
• Can handle prep, mise en place and service in a structured way

We Are Looking for Someone Who

• Holds a Category C (Large Goods Vehicle) driving licence. An EU Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) and a valid driver card are considered an advantage. Truck driving will be a smaller part of the role but is an important qualification.

• Has experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or goods receiving.

• Works in a structured manner and takes ownership of assigned tasks.

• Holds a valid forklift licence/certificate.

• Has experience working with ERP systems and is generally comfortable using IT systems.

• Is service-minded, flexible, and enjoys working as part of a team.

• Can remain organized and maintain an overview, even in a fast-paced environment.

• Can communicate in Danish, English, and/or German.

Position Summary PDU Cloud is responsible for the development of cloud products such as the BSP, CEE, HDS and SDN for Ericsson Operator or IT Cloud business, including Operator and Data Center solutions. These are part of a new generation of products that will run virtualized applications on Ericsson and other environments and hardware platforms. About your team The Knowledge and Learning Unit (KLU) is a cross-organisational resource body to ensure that LPI proactively generates and applies knowledge across its programmes for enhanced quality of conflict transformation work. The KLU has several core functions: enhancing and supporting monitoring, evaluation and learning processes, generating new knowledge on selected thematic learning agendas, documenting LPI methods and models and providing support to various strategic and every-day programme processes and activities. (SPSS, NVivo, etc.)  Proven experience in process facilitation and adult learning.  Excellent writing skills, including for donor proposals and reports.  Written and oral fluency in English essential. Working knowledge of French or Arabic are considered a strong asset.  Strong interpersonal skills and experience of working in culturally diverse settings.  Collaborative and committed and able to handle a variety of work tasks and at times tight deadlines.  Willingness and ability to travel.
