Vos missions : Vous êtes directement impliqué(e) dans le développement des projets éoliens terrestres en France. Votre objectif est de réunir les meilleures conditions d'acceptabilité et de faisabilité, en intégrant les questions environnementales tout au long des projets que vous suivez Vous assurez la conduite des études environnementales et paysagères nécessaires au développement des projets éoliens (étude d'impact, dossiers de demande d'autorisation environnementale, expertises écologiques, analyses paysagères, études de dangers, études d'incidences Natura 2000, dérogations espèces protégées, dossiers loi sur l'eau.). Vous êtes responsable de la coordination des différents partenaires sous-traitants (bureaux d'études naturalistes ou paysagistes notamment) et de la qualité des dossiers réglementaires. Vous intervenez également dans la conception, le dimensionnement et la mise en œuvre des mesures environnementales en faveur de la biodiversité ou du cadre de vie. Vous vous déplacez sur les sites éoliens pour mener à bien ces expertises, et présentez les résultats des études aux services de l'Etat et au public. Vous participez au partage d'expérience et à la montée en compétence sur les thématiques environnementales en interne et au sein de la filière (groupes de travail internes transversaux, R&D, etc.) Faites la différence : H/F, vous êtes issu d'une formation spécialisée en environnement, en paysage ou aménagement du territoire (master, école d'ingénieur) et vous justifiez idéalement d'au moins 2 ans d'expériences au sein d'un bureau d'études ou dans une entreprise du secteur des énergies renouvelables. Vous êtes sincèrement convaincu par les EnR (idéalement sur les projets éoliens) et vous savez appliquer votre expertise dans le domaine de l'écologie et/ou du paysage à des projets de territoire (réalisation d'études d'impacts sur l'environnement). Vous avez de l'expérience en dialogue avec les administrations et savez être force de proposition pour faire avancer les projets efficacement. Vous maîtrisez le pack Office, la suite Adobe et avez une connaissance des logiciels SIG (Qgis, WindPRO). Autonome et apte à prendre des responsabilités, vous vous intégrez dans une équipe en étant force de proposition. Missions: Garantir en permanence le bon état, la sécurité et le bon fonctionnement des bâtiments, des installations techniques et des espaces extérieurs de l'établissement, au service de la sécurité et du confort des résidents, des familles et des équipes. Le titulaire du poste est l'interlocuteur technique unique de l'établissement : il/elle assure lui-même les interventions de premier niveau dans l'ensemble des corps de métier et pilote les entreprises extérieures pour les interventions qui dépassent sa compétence ou ses moyens propres. Activités principales Maintenance du bâti et des équipements : Entretien courant et petits travaux tous corps d'état (plomberie, électricité, serrurerie, peinture, menuiserie, chauffage/ventilation) ; diagnostic de premier niveau et arbitrage réparation en interne / recours à un prestataire ; suivi de l'état général des locaux, des chambres et des espaces communs. Sécurité incendie et sûreté: Tenue et mise à jour du registre de sécurité ; suivi des vérifications périodiques obligatoires (SSI, désenfumage, extincteurs, éclairage de sécurité, portes coupe-feu) ; préparation et suivi des commissions de sécurité ERP ; participation à l'organisation des exercices d'évacuation ; vérification du bon fonctionnement des issues de secours. Équipements techniques et fluides: Suivi de la chaufferie, de la production d'eau chaude, de la climatisation, du groupe électrogène, des ascenseurs et des installations électriques ; relevés et suivi des consommations (eau, gaz, électricité) ; astreinte technique en cas de panne affectant la sécurité ou le confort des résidents. Compétences requises Savoirs et savoir-faire techniques - Connaissances de base dans plusieurs corps de métier du bâtiment : électricité, plomberie, chauffage/ventilation, serrurerie, peinture, petite maçonnerie - Connaissance des règles de sécurité incendie applicables aux établissements recevant du public (ERP) avec hébergement, et du fonctionnement d'un registre de sécurité - Capacité à lire un plan, un schéma technique, un contrat de maintenance ou un rapport de vérification réglementaire - Notions de base en gestion (suivi de contrats, de devis, de stocks, de budget de fonctionnement technique) - Maîtrise des outils bureautiques usuels pour le suivi administratif du registre de sécurité et des interventions Savoir être - Autonomie et sens de l'initiative, indispensables sur un poste isolé sans supérieur technique de proximité - Capacité à prioriser et à arbitrer seul entre plusieurs demandes concurrentes - Sens du contact et de la pédagogie pour interagir avec les résidents, les familles et l'ensemble des équipes - Rigueur administrative, notamment pour la tenue du registre de sécurité et le suivi des vérifications périodiques, dont le défaut engage la responsabilité de l'établissement - Discrétion et respect de la vie privée des résidents lors des interventions dans les chambres Profil recherché - Formation de niveau CAP/Bac professionnel à BTS/DUT dans un domaine technique du bâtiment (électrotechnique, maintenance des bâtiments, énergétique.), ou expérience professionnelle équivalente reconnue - Habilitation électrique en cours de validité adaptée aux interventions réalisées (a minima BR ; BC et B2V/B1V selon la nature exacte des interventions confiées) - Permis B exigé (déplacements pour achats, dépannages, interventions ponctuelles) - Une expérience ou une formation en sécurité incendie (type SSIAP 1, ou a minima formation « équipier de première intervention / évacuation ») est un atout, à examiner selon l'organisation de la sécurité incendie retenue par l'établissement Conditions d'exercice et sujétions particulières - Poste isolé : absence de collègue technique sur site, ce qui suppose une large autonomie mais aussi une vigilance de l'établissement sur la continuité du service en cas d'absence (congés, maladie, formation)
