Je stapt niet in een afgebakend takenpakket, maar bouwt mee aan een bureau dat nog volop vorm krijgt. Over Qlikr Qlikr is het online marketingteam voor MKB-bedrijven die structureel willen groeien. We werken niet met losse opdrachten, maar bouwen aan een systeem waarin strategie, content, campagnes en data samenkomen en zichzelf blijven verbeteren, van analyse tot optimalisatie. Zo draagt elk kanaal bij aan zichtbaarheid, vertrouwen en conversie. We zitten in Leiderdorp en werken met een vast team aan klanten, van lokale MKB-ondernemingen tot bekendere merken. Wat je gaat doen Paid social is jouw kanaal: Meta en TikTok. Je bent de regisseur, niet de maker. Je weet wat aanslaat, beheert budgetten, targeting en performance, en vertaalt dat naar een heldere richting voor de makers. De creatie zelf (beeld en video) ligt bij onze vormgever en videograaf. Je hebt daarnaast gevoel voor organisch, want dat doen we ook. Voor TikTok vragen we geen track record, wel de nieuwsgierigheid om ermee aan de slag te gaan. Why don’t you join us? About the job As a guide at Luleå Travel, you will get to work with guests from all over the world who are here on their dream holiday. Our focus is to offer small groups a personal service and a genuine experience of Luleå and Swedish Lapland. Luleå Travel is now looking for a combined Nature Guide (60%) and Social media Specialist (40%) to strengthen our team during the winter season, from October to April. Your work schedule will include both weekday, weekend and evening shift. Relevant guide training is scheduled early November, in Luleå. Who are we looking for? We are looking for dedicated team member with a great interest in nature and outdoor life and who want to share their experiences with our guests. You are versatile and enthusiastic when sharing your passion for nature on our social media channels as content-creation is your second nature. Our guides are the ones who spend the most time with our guest. Here we place great emphasis on social skills and safety thinking. As a guide, you are responsible for preparing the tour, making sure to have the right things with you and being out in good time for your tasks. Qualifications: 1) Loves the outdoors and is a natural storyteller. 2) Winter guiding experience in nature tourism, preferable in Swedish Lapland. 3) Has an excellent understanding of Swedish Lapland’s natural history and a good knowledge about the phenomena Northern Light. 4) Guide education, international wilderness guide school or similar. 5) Degree in marketing, communications or something similar. 6) On ease with capturing both (digital) photos and videos. 7) A flexible mindset. 8) Holds a class B driving licence and is comfortable with driving in winter conditions. 9) Fluent in English + another language. 10) Can make a fire in all weather conditions. 11) Knows how to boil Swedish coffee and create a cosy atmosphere. Je werkt 32 tot 40 uur per week en gebruikt je creativiteit elke dag. Kwaliteit en precisie staan centraal, maar jouw persoonlijke touch maakt het verschil. Je begint je dag met het instellen van je naaimachine – jouw gereedschap om van stof iets bijzonders te maken. Je controleert materialen en stikt met aandacht matrashoezen.
