Stavanger kommune skal innføre nytt pasientjournalsystem for helse- og omsorgstjenestene, og vi søker deg som er strukturert, operativ og får ting til å skje.

Som prosjektstøtte blir du en nøkkelressurs som sikrer fremdrift og kvalitet i gjennomføringen, og vil jobbe tett sammen med prosjektledelsen i et tverrfaglig miljø.

Stillingen er midlertidig med varighet til mars 2027. Oppstart så snart som mulig.

Arbeidsoppgaver

I rollen som prosjektstøtte vil du blant annet:

  • utarbeide og vedlikeholde prosjektdokumentasjon (planer, statusrapporter, beslutningsunderlag og øvrige styringsdokumenter)
  • planlegge og koordinere møter, inkludert innkallinger og agenda
  • skrive referater og følge opp beslutninger og aksjoner
  • forberede saksdokumenter og beslutningsgrunnlag til prosjektstyret
  • bidra til struktur, kvalitetssikring og arkivering av prosjektets dokumentasjon
  • gi administrativ støtte til prosjektledelsen ved behov

Kvalifikasjoner

Vi ser etter deg som har:

  • høyere utdanning på minimum bachelornivå fortrinnsvis innen administrasjon/ledelse, organisasjonsfag eller prosjektledelse
  • erfaring fra administrativt arbeid er ønskelig, gjerne fra prosjekt eller større arbeidsprosesser
  • god digital kompetanse og erfaring med Office-verktøy (særlig Teams, Outlook, Word og Excel)

Dersom du har annet morsmål enn norsk, må du dokumentere at du har språknivå tilsvarende B2. Gjelder ikke søkere med et skandinavisk språk som morsmål.

We are looking for a Platform Engineering Expert to help shape the next generation of SAP Datam Accelerator and related BDFS platform capabilities across architecture, engineering execution, and production readiness. We do not work as data scientists analyzing or extracting data directly. We build the platform capabilities that make this possible. THE PRODUCT SAP Data Accelerator focuses on secure partner connectivity and access to SAP business data across SAP ERP and LoB applications in on-premise, private cloud, and public cloud landscapes. This work sits within the broader BDFS portfolio, which enables SAP Lines of Business and customers to enter the world of big data more easily. BDFS delivers platform capabilities such as Apache Spark as a service, multi-language data processing on Kubernetes-based infrastructure, and access to hyperscaler-agnostic data sources using the Delta Sharing protocol on top of the HANA Data Lake File Service (HDLFS) As the product evolves through future phases, the scope expands from secure connectivity into broader API-driven and platform-managed data access capabilities. WHAT YOU’LL DO As a Platform Engineering Expert, you will contribute across design, coding, testing, operability, and quality assurance in a development team, while also helping shape architecture and technical direction You will assess and solve issues in new or existing code and work with high attention to detail, reliability, and efficiency.
