Ciel Bleu restaurant offers panoramic views of the city of Amsterdam from its 23rd floor and has been awarded two Michelin stars. The ambition is high: achieving the highest possible is one of our goals and this is only possible with good organization within the kitchen.
As Sous Chef you are, together with the Executive Chef and Manager and the Chef de Cuisine, responsible for the daily management in the kitchen. As Sous Chef you will take over the tasks of the Chef in his/her absence. You will be responsible for the conception and preparation of various dishes at a high level, the execution of mise en place activities, the cleaning of the kitchen, the optimal functioning of the assigned partie and the development of new items on the menu.
