Description
- Manage the full order-to-cash process: order entry, follow-up, shipping, invoicing, and aftersales
- Optimise container and transport planning
- Support Account Managers in your region
- Handle product and pricing management (proposing alternatives, pricing, discounts, price lists)
- Act as the main point of contact for distributors
- Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, production, sales, marketing)
- Align closely with production to ensure smooth supply chain planning
- Maintain daily customer contact with a focus on upselling, cross-selling, and CRM updates
- Experience in a customer service or order-to-cash environment
- Fluent in Russian and English, Dutch is a plus
- Strong communication skills with a diplomatic, assertive approach
- Comfortable managing both internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- Problem-solving mindset, accurate and stress-resistant

Hospitality & Member Experience
- Welcome members, visitors and guests with a professional and friendly attitude
- Build strong relationships with members and anticipate their needs
- Manage reception, emails and daily member requests
- Ensure meeting rooms and common areas are always ready
Community & Events
- Organize breakfasts, networking events, BBQs and catering
- Help create an engaging and inspiring community atmosphere
- Support onboarding of new members
Administration & Office Coordination
- Manage badges, member administration and invoicing support
- Coordinate meeting room bookings
- Handle administrative follow-up and maintain accurate records
- Work closely with your Community Host colleague to ensure smooth daily operations
- You have previous experience in hospitality, reception, office management or customer service
- You enjoy interacting with people and naturally create a welcoming atmosphere
- You are proactive, organized and solution-oriented
- You are comfortable working independently
- You are fluent in Dutch, French and English
- You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office

Forget the standard 9-to-5! This schedule gives you a ton of flexibility from Tuesday to Friday: - Saturday & Sunday: Go all out from 08:00h to 21:00h.
- Monday: A steady day shift from 09:00h to 17:30h.
