PwC Regulated Solutions S.A R.L.
Luxembourg, Luxembourg (Luxembourg)
Data & AI Senior Associate Luxembourg Line of Service Advisory Industry/Sector Not Applicable Specialism Data, Analytics & AI Management Level Senior Associate Job ID: 753737WD Job Description & Summary Meet your future team Join our Data & AI team within Advisory, part of the Financial Services Transformation area. We work closely with colleagues across Advisory to help banks, asset managers and fund industry clients design and deliver data, analytics, AI and organizational transformation initiatives, bridging business and technology from strategy through adoption. What your role will look like As a Data & AI Senior Associate, you will help clients turn data into a business asset and support the design and delivery of transformation programs across data management, analytics, AI and operating model topics. This role sits at the intersection of business and technology, with a strong focus on consulting, transformation and stakeholder engagement rather than pure software development. The role exists to help clients define where they are going, structure how they get there, and support implementation and adoption along the way. • Analyze how data is captured, structured, transformed and consumed across business processes and systems; build, document and challenge data models, data dictionaries and source-to-target data mappings; • Design and document data architectures on the Microsoft stack – Azure Data Factory, OneLake, Microsoft Fabric – from ingestion and transformation through to consumption; • Contribute to data governance initiatives: ownership, lineage, data quality and cataloguing (experience with Microsoft Purview is a strong asset); • Prepare detailed functional and technical implementation specifications that client IT teams can build from, with enough technical awareness of the broader landscape (integration patterns, APIs, streaming, databases) to contribute meaningfully to solution design discussions. • Translate complex data-related information into clear, business-friendly outputs – Power BI dashboards, visual summaries and management reporting that people actually use; • Build and deploy solutions on the Power Platform – Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Apps – and on Azure AI Foundry, automating business processes and embedding AI where it creates real value; • Contribute to commercial proposals, client demonstrations and alliance initiatives with our technology partners – Microsoft in particular. Your growth and opportunities Develop expertise across the full data lifecycle, from data management and governance through analytics, AI and organizational transformation. Gain exposure to large-scale transformation programs within the financial services industry and progressively take ownership of client discussions, solution design and workstreams. Grow towards a management consulting profile by helping clients shape initiatives, demonstrate value and drive adoption. The skills you bring • Hold a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management, Data Science or a related field; • Have 3 to 6 years of professional experience in data management, business intelligence, data analysis or data-driven transformation projects – in consulting or within an in-house data team; • Have a strong data-oriented mindset: you are comfortable with data models, data mapping and data flows, and ideally have exposure to data governance; • Have hands-on experience with the Microsoft data stack – Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric and OneLake, Power BI – and with the Power Platform (Power Automate, Dataverse); Microsoft Purview, Azure AI Foundry and Microsoft Dynamics 365 are considered strong assets; • Understand system integration concepts, and how business applications interact with each other and with their data sources and databases; • Are genuinely curious about AI and Generative AI – you like testing new tools rather than only reading about them; • Can bridge business and technical stakeholders: turning business needs into detailed requirements, and keeping the conversation with IT teams flowing in both directions; • Are able to work autonomously, learn quickly and bring a positive, constructive attitude to discussions with business and IT alike; • English: C1 – full professional proficiency; • French: C1 – full professional proficiency Ways of working • You apply structured thinking to business and transformation challenges, interpret information critically and connect data to business outcomes; • You collaborate effectively across teams and disciplines, build trust with stakeholders and contribute to shared client outcomes; • You continuously learn, explore emerging technologies and actively apply new knowledge to improve delivery and create value; • You act with integrity, handle confidential information with care, and uphold high ethical standards in every situation. Additional skills that would support your success • Experience with Microsoft Purview; • Experience with Azure AI Foundry; • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365. • Luxembourgish: C1 – full professional proficiency • German: C1 – full professional proficiency The skills listed reflect what matters most to succeed in this role. If your experience aligns with them, even if your path looks different, we encourage you to apply and start the conversation with us. Take your next step Shape how organizations use data, analytics and AI to make better decisions and deliver meaningful transformation. Work alongside experienced consultants and technology specialists while helping clients bridge strategy, business and technology. Build expertise that goes beyond tools and creates lasting impact for clients and teams alike. Grow here. Go further. Travel Requirements Available for Work Visa Sponsorship? Revenue Analysis & Forward-Looking Insight • Deliver monthly analysis on Opportunities, Wins and Onboarding to provide forward-looking insight into revenue trends and the pipeline impact on future performance. • Connect revenue run-rate and ARR outputs (built by the wider FP&A team) into the MI reporting suite so that executives have a consistent view of both current and forward performance. • Identify performance trends, anomalies and risks in the data and surface these with clear, well-evidenced commentary in the MI materials.
