As part of our team, you’ll work with smart, passionate colleagues who bring their whole selves to work every day. It’s a fast-moving, collaborative environment where everyone is welcome and everyone’s opinion matters. Whether you're shaping the future of online retail, tackling complex logistical problems, or making everyday life better for our customers, your work will have a real impact. Read on to find out what part you could play in our story.

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team until May 2027!

As our Digital Marketing Manager you are responsible for the planning, execution and optimization of digital strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across B2C and B2B segments. You will collaborate closely with our local markets (Norway and Sweden) and local media agencies to ensure that digital strategies align with market needs, priorities, and the overall business objectives. You will also work closely with our market, tech and data teams as well as external partners to develop and implement tailored digital marketing initiatives that effectively address local market dynamics.

What you’ll be doing as a Digital Marketing Manager

  • Manage and lead the execution of digital marketing in paid social, search, display, SEO, etc. to maximize performance, including customer acquisition and engagement in both B2C and B2B segments.

  • Increase campaign conversion rates through personal and relevant content, ensuring a cohesive campaign orchestration together with the CRM and Shop team.

  • Collaborate closely with the local market teams, including Head of Market and Creative and Content, to understand market-specific needs, align strategies, and prioritize digital activities.

  • Lead external agencies to manage day-to-day digital campaign activities, including planning, execution, and ongoing optimization, ensuring campaigns align with market goals.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital campaigns across all channels, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.

  • Ensure we have the right tooling and tracking to run personalized campaigns at scale and to confidently attribute and measure business impact of those campaigns.

What you’ll need to succeed 🌟

  • Proven ability to lead the implementation of digital marketing strategy with internal and external partners and agencies.

  • Strong understanding of all digital marketing channels, including paid social, search, display, and SEO, including proficiency in platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads

  • Know-how in tag management (GTM), product catalog management and dynamic creative optimization (DCO). Familiarity with tools such as Channable and Bannerflow is a strong plus.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Strong project management skills, preferably within a digital marketing context.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

What would be nice to have 💡

  • You have relevant education in Marketing, Digital Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field

  • You have been working with both the Norwegian and the Swedish market.

  • You are fluent in English; proficiency in Norwegian or Swedish is a plus.

What we offer 🚀

  • A chance to make a real impact as a Digital Marketing Manager in a fast-moving company with a product people love-while shaking up the grocery industry.

  • Teammates who aim high and have each other’s backs. We care about people, and that means supporting each other every step of the way.

  • A flat structure where we team up across disciplines to solve exciting challenges. Big ideas come from everywhere!

  • A transparent way of working. We use Slack to stay in the loop-less email, fewer meetings, more getting things done.

  • A buzzing office at Tøyen, with lunch made by our very own chefs. 🧑‍🍳

  • A collaborative approach-we tackle exciting tech and product challenges together, across different fields.

  • A chance to shape the future of grocery shopping while building a company that’s here to stay.

At Oda, you’ll join a passionate, ambitious team working to change the future of grocery shopping. We’re all different-just like you-and we wouldn’t have it any other way. If you need any adjustments or support during the application process, just let us know, and we’ll do our best to help. We believe in the strength of a diverse workforce and want everyone to have an equal shot at landing the job. 🧡

We can’t wait to hear from you! 🧡

Om arbeidsgiveren:

Oda is the leading online grocery retailer in Norway, but as a company, we’re first and foremost an ambitious tech and logistics company - not a classic retailer. We’re one of the fastest-growing startups in the Nordics, working with huge, complex challenges to make the lives of our customers simpler and easier. Want to join us? Our goal is to create the world's most efficient retail system. Through smart work, passionate customer focus and our own technology we make a difference in the lives of thousands of customers and change society for the better through a completely re-imagined value chain for grocery shopping. Our customers save more than 60 hours a year, time we believe can be better spent than going to the store. Our effective value chain and logistics save society tonnes of food waste each year and our distribution network replace almost 13,000 individual trips by car to the grocery store each year.
Head of Commercial
PODIMO NORWAY AS
Norway, OSLO

  • ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) for alle ansatte

  • Hyggelige kontorlokaler sentralt i Oslo

  • Gratis online terapitimer via We.Care

We support our creators deeply and have massive respect for their process as we help them bring their most exciting ideas and stories to life. We love what we do, but more importantly, we have a good time doing it. We seek to build a company and culture that mirrors the diversity of the world we’re living in. This means; diversity of talent, voices, ideas, and thoughts. That goes both for our brand, our content, our creators, and our teams. You are welcome at Podimo for who you are, no matter where you come from, what you look like, or what stories you have playing in your headphones.

At Six Robotics, you will take part in an ambitious journey to rethink how defence and technology can be developed and applied. Our project, Valkyrie, is both demanding and meaningful, offering the opportunity to contribute to something with real purpose and impact.

We offer an open and collaborative environment where curiosity and dedication are valued. You will work closely with experienced colleagues who believe that the best ideas are created together. Every contribution is recognised, and everyone plays a part in shaping what we build.
