CNC-SORVAAJA Iisalmeen (job description in english below) Etsimme asiakkaallemme Iisalmeen kokenutta CNC-sorvaajaa työskentelemään CNC-koneilla yksittäiskappaleiden ja pienten sarjojen parissa. Käytettävät koneet Tehtävässä työskennellään kokemuksen mukaan yhdellä tai useammalla seuraavista koneista: * Okuma Multus B750, OSP3000-ohjaus * MoriSeiki SL35MC / SL253 / SL150, Fanuc-ohjaus Mainitsethan hakemuksessasi, minkä koneiden ja ohjausten kanssa olet työskennellyt. Työtehtävät * CNC-sorvien käyttö ja asetukset * Ohjelmointi, säätö ja koneistusprosessien optimointi * Työpiirustusten mukainen koneistus * Työn laadun varmistaminen * Yhteistyö tiimin kanssa Odotamme sinulta * Teknista koulutusta (esim. kone- tai metalliala) * Kokemusta CNC-sorvauksesta (Fanuc-ohjaus etuna) * Kykya lukea ja tulkita teknisiä piirustuksia * Kokemusta ohjelmoinnista ja koneiden asetuksista * Motivoitunutta, huolellista ja luotettavaa työotetta * Hyvät yhteistyö- ja viestintätaidot * Riittävää englannin tai suomen kielen taitoa työtehtäviin Tarjoamme * Vakituisen kokoaikatyön (40 h/vko) * Työsuhteen Suomen työehtojen ja teknologiateollisuuden TES:n mukaisesti * Palkan alkaen 14,87 €/h (+ lisät TES:n mukaan) Majoitusjärjestelyissä apua Hyvällä sijainnilla olevan konepajan Iisalmessa, jossa monipuolinen konekanta eri aikakausilta sekä osaavat ja laadusta ylpeät työkaverit Kiinnostuitko? The position is suitable for professionals who value precision, independence, and high-quality workmanship. Machines you may work with Depending on your skills and experience, you may operate one or more of the following machines: * Okuma Multus B750 with OSP3000 Control System (large, complex components; multi-axis and simultaneous machining) * MoriSeiki lathes: SL35MC / SL253 / SL150 (Fanuc control preferred) Please specify in your CV which machines and control systems you have experience with.
