What you can expect * Responsibility for planning and executing statistical analyses for complex studies, ensuring project results are delivered on schedule. * Ensuring the application of state-of-the-art methods and Machine Learning within the team while further developing our analytical pipelines. * Independent programming of statistical software (primarily in R) and performing root-cause analysis for complex issues arising during study execution. * Acting as a Statistical Translator by presenting results in an audience-appropriate manner to partners in Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Operations and R&D. * Providing functional guidance and mentoring to team members and students to foster internal knowledge exchange. * Actively participating in internal Communities of Practice to continuously evolve methodological and programming standards.
