The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, calibration, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical and instrumentation equipment, fault finding, and supporting the commissioning of pumps, VSDs, MCC panels, and control systems. The role also involves interpreting technical drawings, completing testing and inspection documentation, and ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards. Candidates should have relevant electrical qualifications and experience in industrial installation, maintenance, or instrumentation works. Rattaché(e) au responsable de l'entreprise, vous pilotez l'ensemble des phases de réalisation des chantiers sur des installations techniques de plomberie et CVC. Vous définissez les moyens techniques, financiers et humains à mettre en œuvre sur les chantiers et planifiez les travaux.
À ce titre, vous aurez pour missions :
- Établir les devis de travaux supplémentaires (hors marchés, modifications acquéreurs, etc.),
- Consulter et sélectionner les fournisseurs,
- Manager les équipes terrain et les sous-traitants,
- Apporter un conseil technique sur les matériaux et matériels en conformité avec la réglementation,
- Organiser les chantiers et les approvisionnements,
- Assurer le respect des délais et la coordination avec les autres corps d'état,
- Contrôler les travaux à chaque phase et lever les réserves,
- Garantir la conformité, la qualité et la sécurité sur les chantiers,
- Participer aux rendez-vous de chantier.
Profil Recherché :
De formation supérieure, Bac à Bac + 3 dans le domaine du Génie thermique, vous justifiez d'une expérience significative en tant que conducteur de travaux en CVC chez un installateur.
Vous êtes à l'aise sur les installations en génie thermique, auprès de clients professionnels.
Vous maitrisez les outils bureautiques (Word, Excel) et logiciel de gestion de chantiers.
Autonome, organisé, vous êtes d'un sens du relationnel et d'un bon esprit d'équipe, rigoureux, force de proposition, vous faites preuve de réactivité et de leadership.
Poste en CDI, votre rémunération sera fonction de votre parcours professionnel (Salaire brut + Paniers + Véhicule de service + Prime sur objectif + PEE).
