TACHES

• Vous constituez les dossiers des marchés publics spécifiques suivant la loi (depuis la rédaction des cahiers des charges jusqu'à l'attribution des marches) et assurez le suivi y relatif (CSC, rapport au Collège, Conseil, Tutelle, suivi adjudication).
• Vous veillez à une bonne coordination entre les divers services et assurez le respect de la loi sur les marchés publics et les diverses réglementations en vigueur au niveau de la maintenance.
• Vous assurez le suivi des marchés publics pour l'ensemble des dossiers de la maintenance et vous établissez et contrôlez les rapports au Collège/Conseil/Tutelle pour la maintenance.
• Vous rédigez des notes et rapports au Collège/Conseil/Tutelle, des courriers/avis aux adjudicataires/prestataires/avocats, des pv et mises en demeure, et vous concevez des tableaux, graphiques, supports , mettez à jour les tableaux de bords servant à l'élaboration et au suivi des adjudications publiques de la Cellule et au suivi des permis.

• Vous êtes titulaire d'un Master en droit administratif.

Ou vous remplissez les conditions de mobilité interne pour une fonction de niveau A ou promotion pour une fonction dans le grade de secrétaire d'administration.

• Vous maîtrisez le français et avez le niveau requis de connaissance de la deuxième langue administrative conformément aux dispositions de la loi sur l'emploi des langues en matière administrative.
