The CDLO will act as a senior advisor to the CEO and leadership team, providing strategic guidance, leadership mentoring and defence-sector insight gained through extensive military and leadership experience. The role is not responsible for the day-to-day management of the business and carries no direct line management responsibility for operational or commercial teams. The primary purpose of the position is to strengthen communication and collaboration between North Defence's Luxembourg and UK operations, support the development of emerging leaders within the organisation, and facilitate engagement with senior military stakeholders and defence decision-makers. The successful candidate will leverage their professional network, leadership experience and understanding of defence organisations to help strengthen North Defence's strategic relationships and market presence. Defence Liaison and Relationship Building • Facilitate introductions and engagement opportunities with senior military leaders, defence organisations and key stakeholders within the United Kingdom and other relevant markets. • Support the development and maintenance of strategic relationships across the defence community. • Provide insight into military structures, stakeholder priorities and defence engagement approaches. • Represent North Defence at selected defence exhibitions, conferences and industry events.
