Ihr Profil

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Talent Management, Recruiting, HR-Systeme oder HR-Prozesse

* Erfahrung mit Talent-Management-Systemen (z. B. SAP SuccessFactors, Workday oder vergleichbaren Lösungen)

* Hohe Prozess- und Systemaffinität

* Erfahrung im Projektmanagement oder in der Einführung neuer Prozesse von Vorteil

* Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

Vous aurez pour mission la maintenance curative et préventive CV - Déplacement sur divers sites dans le 45, 28 et 89 ponctuellement Vous aurez les missions suivantes : - Être l'interlocuteur technique du client sur le chantier. - Etablir les listes de matériel pour préparer les chantiers. - Lire et analyser les plans d'exécution (climatisation, électricité). - Maitriser et mettre en application les règles d'installation. - Veiller aux risques électriques et aux règles de consignation et UTE C 18-510. - Monter des équipements de génie climatique. - Réaliser les travaux, en sécurité, dans le respect des normes. - Raccordement électrique des équipements -Travailler sur site et piloter le chantier au quotidien - Planifier vos travaux et suivre les travaux des sous-traitants Au-delà de la maîtrise technique, la sécurité, l'esprit de service et l'excellence opérationnelle sont constitutifs de ce poste. Profil : - Aptitude fluide frigorigène OBLIGATOIRE - Habilitation électrique OBLIGATOIRE, si non recyclé, prévoir le recyclage par la suite si possible - Carte BTP OBLIAGTOIRE pour travailler sur les chantiers - Capacité d'adaptation - Réactivité Début : dès que possible Horaires : 8h30 -12h00 / 13h00 - 17h00. Panier/Repas : 10.40€ (1.10€ non soumis + 0.30€ soumis coef.)
