As an Interim German Payroll Consultant you are responsible for taking care of payroll processes within German contexts. You work completely remotely and can be deployed flexibly. What are you going to do? - Analyzing and implementing payroll changes in accordance with German laws and regulations. - Advising clients on complex payroll issues. - You provide support in setting up and optimizing payroll systems and processes. - You are the point of contact for payroll-related questions and compliance matters. We are looking for a professional who: - Extensive experience with in-house payroll and with multiple payroll systems, preferably German systems. - Has in-depth knowledge of German salary legislation. - Can switch quickly and work independently. - Have German language skills (speaking/understanding) - this is a big advantage. - Direct beschikbaar is voor een periode van 3 maanden, 3-4 dagen per week.
