We are looking for an enthusiastic, forward-thinking leader to join our Data Tribe as the Product Owner Lead for the Commercial Operations Intelligence Cluster.

As Product Owner Lead, you will play a central role in driving this mission.
You will guide the squads that create these insights and develop impactful data, BI, and AI products for key stakeholders such as our Consumer & Enterprise business units, Group Strategy, Customer Operations, and Finance.
You will also contribute to the ongoing transformation and growth of the Data Tribe as a whole.

Your impact
- Actively contribute to defining and delivering the strategy and objectives of the Data Tribe
- Oversee the corporate reporting process, ensuring timely and accurate monthly reporting on commercial performance
- Lead the Commercial Operations Intelligence cluster by coaching product owners and enabling strong collaboration between squads to maximize value delivery
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with stakeholders across all levels (CBU, EBU, CMI, FIN, CUO, ...) to ensure your squads’ work meets their needs
- Define and prioritize your squads’ product backlog and ensure the development teams have a clear understanding of product requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams -including data engineering, data science, and IT- to deliver data pipelines, BI solutions, and AI capabilities
Your profile
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, with a demonstrated track record in product ownership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at every level of the organization
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and anticipate market needs and trends
- A problem-solving mindset and a strong drive for delivering change and results
- Good understanding of agile methodologies and development life cycles.
- Experience working with data engineering, data science, and IT teams is considered a plus

- Define and own IAM Solutions: You will lead the design, validation, and technical ownership of Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions, whether for new implementations or evolutions of existing systems. You will ensure alignment with enterprise security policies, regulatory requirements, and business needs.
- Produce and Maintain Architecture Documentation: You will create and update high-quality architecture deliverables, including blueprints, solution architecture and reference architecture documents.
- Support and Mentor Other Architects: You will serve as the go-to IAM subject-matter expert, providing technical guidance, best practices, and mentorship to fellow architects, security teams, and project stakeholders. You will help clarify complex IAM concepts (e.g., federation, attribute-based access control, identity lifecycle management) and ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and user-friendly.
- Ensure Compliance and Mitigate Risks: You will guarantee that IAM architectures comply with internal policies and external regulations, collaborating with risk and compliance teams to address audit findings and mitigate.
YOUR TALENTS AND COMPETENCES
- IAM Architecture Design: Deep expertise in designing and optimizing Identity & Access Management (IAM) frameworks, including authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management, aligned with enterprise security policies and compliance (e.g., GDPR, NIS2).
- Security-First Integration: Ability to architect secure, scalable IAM solutions that integrate seamlessly with enterprise systems (e.g., cloud platforms, legacy applications), leveraging zero-trust principles, federation protocols (SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect)
- Risk and Compliance Awareness: Strong understanding of IT security and cybersecurity risks (e.g., identity threats, credential abuse) and how to mitigate them through architectural controls, auditing, and least-privilege access models.

Our client is currently undergoing a critical phase in the delivery of a large-scale digital / B2B e-Commerce platform. This programme is high-profile, time-sensitive, and requires strong governance and operational alignment to ensure successful delivery and go-live readiness.To support this, we are seeking an experienced Business Process Lead to play a pivotal role in aligning business operations with platform capabilities and ensuring delivery integrity across all workstreams.
The role
As the Business Process Lead, you will act as the bridge between business operations and the e-Commerce platform. You will ensure that the solution is not just technically sound, but fully aligned with how the business operates—and where necessary, that business processes are redesigned, communicated, and Embedded effectively.This is a critical role in addressing current gaps in product definition and governance, ensuring that every sprint contributes meaningfully toward a deployable, business-ready solution.
Why this role is critical:
- Current delivery lacks complete and validated Product Descriptions, which are essential for platform readiness
- Governance gaps are accumulating across sprints and must be addressed urgently
- The platform must reflect real business operations, not just default system configurations
- Without this role, there is a significant risk to go-live readiness, delivery timelines, and overall programme success
Key responsibilities
- Own and author all Product Descriptions to support sprint delivery and acceptance
- MAP and validate key business processes, including:
- Order-to-Cash (O2C)
- Pricing and catalogue structures
- Credit and approval workflows
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and platform configuration
- Identify where business processes must change and lead the design and documentation of those changes
- Drive and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Validate all delivered sprint outputs against functional intent and business needs
- Communicate process changes clearly to stakeholders and ensure adoption prior to go-live
Day 1 priorities
- Conduct a retrospective validation of all completed sprint outputs
- Assess alignment between delivered functionality and business intent
- Identify and prioritize gaps in product definition and process coverage
- Proven experience as a Business Process Lead / Business Analyst / Functional Lead within e-Commerce or digital transformation programmes
- Strong expertise in B2B e-Commerce processes, especially O2C, pricing, and catalogue management
- Experience working with enterprise e-Commerce platforms (e.g., Adobe Commerce/Magento or similar)
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements
- Experience leading UAT cycles and validating solution readiness
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-pressure delivery environment

- Proven experience with middleware technologies such as B2B, ESB, EAI, API gateways or IoT.
- Familiarity with architecture and design modeling languages such as ArchiMate and UML, and tools like Sparx Enterprise Architect or Archi.
- Hands-on experience designing integration architectures, services and APIs.
- Strong knowledge of interface technologies and standards including AsyncAPI, SOAP, REST, OpenAPI, Swagger, XSD/WSDL and JSON
- Solid understanding of synchronous and asynchronous integration patterns, and how orchestration and choreography drive business processes.
- Interest in modern concepts like BOAT, enterprise orchestration, API-first and compasable architectures, and how they strenghten digital ecosystems.
