Wat zijn jouw voornaamste taken?
- Beheer administratieve taken: Zorg voor een correcte uitvoering van schade- en ongevallenregistraties, en behandel probleemzendingen met precisie. Jij bent de probleemoplosser die onze klanten tevreden houdt!
- Communiceer met klanten: Maak afspraken, geef feedback over zendingen en zorg voor heldere communicatie met chauffeurs en andere DHL-departementen. Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten!
- Verwerk gegevens: Voer data entry uit, verwerk e-mails en zorg voor een nauwkeurige afhandeling van facturatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles correct en op tijd is!
- Bied ondersteuning en informatie: Genereer standaardoverzichten, verwerk inkomende telefoongesprekken en zorg voor een goed archiefbeheer. Jij bent de informatiebron voor je collega's!
Beantwoord jij aan het gezochte profiel?
- Opleiding: A2 werk- en denkniveau.
- Ervaring: 3-5 jaar ervaring als administratief medewerker, bij voorkeur in de logistieke sector.
- Kennis: Je hebt kennis van (DHL-)werkinstructies, geautomatiseerde systemen en MS Office.
- Talen: Vloeiende beheersing van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
- Vaardigheden: Je bent stressbestendig, geduldig, nauwkeurig en kunt zelfstandig werken. Goede contactuele vaardigheden zijn een must!

You are an early bird: you're ready to turn the key and roll out between 3:00 AM and 4:00 AM.

The goal is for you to be home every night. However, we need a flexible team player—if the schedule runs late or driving hours catch up to you, spending the occasional night in the cab is no problem for you.
