**The opportunity** We are looking for a dedicated Mechanical Design Engineer at Hitachi Energy, Transformers business in Vaasa, Finland. This is an opportunity to work with engineering challenges related to specialty transformers. In this position you will be part of the order delivery process of the most complex and demanding transformer and reactor designs that the industry has to offer. You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree specializing in mechanics, or equivalent. To successfully take on this position you also need strong technical skills, solid knowledge in Teamcenter and at least five years of experience from adapting and using the system on an advanced level.
