At Daymaker, we're on a mission to become the leading hub between travel creators and travel marketeers. As we continue to grow across Europe, we're looking for a strategic performance marketer who can help us attract the right audiences, generate qualified business leads, and turn marketing into a scalable growth engine.
This is not your typical campaign management role.
You'll combine strategy, performance marketing, content distribution, marketing automation, and community building. One day you'll be designing a B2B lead generation funnel, the next you'll be launching campaigns to grow the Daymaker community and bring users back to the platform.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Growth marketing & lead generation (B2B)
In extension of our B2C travel inspiration platform we are currently developing a
B2B SaaS-tool for travel marketeers at tour operators, airlines, hotel chains, rental agencies, etc. Your main focus will be building our B2B growth engine to attract leads and optimizing the conversion rate. You will:

Turn valuable content into lead-generating assets

Build and optimize lead generation funnels

Develop email marketing and marketing automation flows

Repurpose webinars, podcasts, whitepapers and other content into campaigns that convert

Measure, analyze and continuously improve performance
Marketing & communication (B2B)
You'll help strengthen our brand and customer engagement:

Create and coordinate organic social media content for our new B2B brand(s)

Build personalized and automated email journeys

Ensure consistent messaging across channels
Growth performance marketing (B2C)
Together with our Content & Community Coordinator, you'll:

Launch and optimize paid campaigns

Attract new users to the Daymaker platform

Increase engagement & stickiness among existing users

Support community growth through data-driven marketing
Strategic projects & initiatives
Beyond day-to-day execution, you'll play an active role in shaping our growth strategy:

Design, implement and optimize our B2B lead generation strategy

Help define and execute our B2C marketing strategy

Support B2B webinars, podcasts and networking events

Contribute to community-building initiatives and growth experiments
