Improve advisory skills?
In an increasingly complex work environment, human interaction is the decisive factor to achieve results and be successful. High demands are therefore placed on the influencing ability of advisors and salespeople. We expect them to show real attention, ask the right questions, encourage thought, actively involve others and 'make the decision' at the right time. How do we do that?
