What part will you play?
- As valuable member of the assurance team you will be responsible for conducting and driving Cybersecurity assessments across the entire Siemens landscape, including products, services, IT-systems, and software development centers. During this process you will plan and perform ethical hacking activities, design attack scenarios for state-of-the-art technologies and highlight important observations to translate technical findings into management information so that they can take effective actions. - Apply advanced hacking principles and red team methodologies, tools and techniques to mimic real-world threat behaviors faced by the Siemens’s digital environment, e.g. cloud applications, on-premise infrastructure, digital products and services.- You work closely with cybersecurity experts from multiple industries to improve their solutions by tackling the root cause of the issues and find innovative solutions to modern challenges.- You independently conduct research on latest developments in cybersecurity technologies and threats and understand how this is impacting and changing the Siemens’ environment.
You'll win us over by having the following qualifications:
- Strong academic history (Bachelor degree) in IT, Computer Science or other related fields; certifications such as GIAC GPEN, OSCP, OSWE, CRTO, CREST, etc. are a plus. - Good scripting and programming skills and experience with languages such as Bash, Python, Powershell, and C++ / C#.- At least 5+ years of professional full-time working experience within Siemens or a related industry in penetration testing / red teaming with a proven record of continuous career development.- Demonstrated affinity to learn about the latest trends in cybersecurity and keep up to date in a continuously challenging environment.- You have solid experience with one or more of the following aspects of penetration testing / red teaming: application and software security, EDR and antivirus evasion, C2 setup, automation and scaling of security testing, Active Directory attacks, etc.- Demonstrated experience in capture the flag (CTFs) events, bug hunting or vulnerability research (CVEs) is a plus.- Experience with leveraging and integrating AI into day-to-day work is considered an advantage.- Fluent in English. Summarized Purpose:
Manages, selects, trains, resources, coaches and performance management of respective staff, which may be inclusive of CAS, CS, CRAs, PAs, RSMs and/or other clinical operations focused staff. Focuses on end results using metrics and key performance indicators to manage performance. May lead or contribute to initiatives that enhance the department's performance or lead to process improvement across the company. Collaborates with clinical operations senior management and executive staff on strategic planning and business development as required. Acts as point-of-escalation regarding performance concerns and training needs to ensure adherence to the company's SOPs and WPDs. Works in collaboration with the leadership team for resourcing needs.
Essential Functions
- Manages staff, providing coaching, mentorship and work direction.
- Conducts regular performance appraisals and career discussions with staff. Facilitates employee career development. Interviews, recruits and selects staff.
- Manages and conducts induction/orientation programs for all new employees, ensuring their smooth assimilation into the company.
- Ensures all staff CVs, training records, position profiles and experience profiles are complete and up-to-date. Ensures timeliness and accuracy of timesheets and expense reports.
- Supports allocation activities per the local resourcing process. Supports activities of project leads/functional leads to optimize the operational running of projects. Escalates appropriately any issues which may impact project deliverables.
- Delivers training on Working Practice Documents (WPDs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), local requirements and any other subjects that impact on clinical operations. Identifies training gaps and ensures that training requirements are met. May contribute to development of training programs, where appropriate.
- Assures adherence to good ethical and regulatory standards.
- Alerts management to quality issues, request QA audits as appropriate, and facilitate client and internal quality assurance audits as required.
- Manages and reviews systems (e.g. Activate, CTMS, Preclarus, Clarity) to evaluate employee and project metrics, KPIs and general project status.
- Evaluates work of staff, including conducting MAST visits (either remote or on-site) to thoroughly evaluate the employee monitoring skills and project conduction when applicable.
- Participates in process improvement/development initiatives.
- Ensures understanding and facilitation of the risk based monitoring approach.
- May provide input into bids and contribute to the procurement of new business where required.

Interprets and administers policies, processes, and procedures that may affect sections and subordinate work units. Requires full knowledge of own area of functional responsibility.
Freedom to Act
Assignments are defined in terms of activities and objectives. Work is reviewed upon completion for adequacy in meeting objectives. A portion of the time may be spent performing individual tasks.
Liaison
Interacts frequently with internal personnel and outside representatives at various levels. Participates and presents at meetings with internal and external representatives. Interaction typically concerns resolution of operational and scheduling issues.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
- Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 5+ years).
- 2+ year of leadership responsibility expected and ideally in FSP (but not mandatory)
In some cases an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Advanced mentoring/leadership/supervisory skills

Als oproepkracht kun je worden ingezet om in te vallen op onze kindcentra en scholen. Achterliggende redenen zijn vaak ziekte, zwangerschap of andere vormen van verlof. Meestal val je voor een losse dag of voor een paar dagen in, een enkele keer voor een langere tijd.Als oproepkracht heb je geen vast contract bij Tabijn. Je kunt zelf, per week, aangeven op welke dagen je inzetbaar bent. Onze kindcentra en scholen kunnen je op deze dagen benaderen voor invalwerkzaamheden.
