Rattaché(e) au Chef de service de votre périmètre, vous êtes responsable de déployer et piloter la stratégie Santé, Sécurité et Environnement (HSE) afin de garantir la sécurité des collaborateurs et la conformité réglementaire des activités industrielles.
Vous contribuez activement à la prévention des risques, à l'amélioration continue et à la diffusion d'une culture sécurité forte au sein des équipes.
Responsabilités principales
- Déployer et animer le système de management HSE – 5S – WCM du service
- Définir, suivre et analyser les indicateurs de performance sécurité (KPI)
- Réaliser des analyses de risques sécurité et environnement et assurer leur mise à jour
- Piloter la conformité réglementaire (directives européennes, exigences légales, normes ISO 45001 et 14001)
- Organiser et conduire des audits sécurité et suivre les plans d'actions associés
- Former et sensibiliser les équipes aux bonnes pratiques HSE et règles de sécurité
- Participer à l'analyse des accidents et incidents et définir les actions de prévention
- Assurer le suivi des plans d'urgence et d'évacuation
- Accompagner les équipes production et maintenance dans la mise en œuvre des outils et méthodes HSE
- Promouvoir une culture sécurité proactive et une présence terrain forte
Profil requis
- Diplôme Bac +5 (école d'ingénieur en Hygiène, Sécurité, Environnement ou risques industriels)
- Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en industrie sur un poste similaire
- Bonne connaissance des systèmes de management HSE et des normes ISO
- Maîtrise des outils MS Office, Power BI et connaissance de SAP
- Capacités d'analyse et de synthèse

The main missions of the laboratory are: contribute to a low cost and sustainable production of structural long products, help to develop the steel market in construction (fire engineering, earthquake resistance, corrosion protection…), implement the developments with the internal clients in the plants or markets, internal and external benchmarking is an important related mission.
Your role
As an Industrial Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for the success of R&D products throughout their entire lifecycle. You will lead multidisciplinary teams comprising process, mechanical, electrical, and software engineers to define and prioritize product features, develop product roadmaps, and drive product development, delivery, support, and maintenance.
You will play a key role in understanding customer needs, translating them into clear product requirements, and making data-driven decisions. Your contributions will be critical to achieving business objectives and ensuring the successful delivery of innovative industrial solutions.

Your profile
You hold a Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or in a related technical field.
You have:
Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in product management, industrial solutions, or a similar role in a multidisciplinary engineering environment
Experience in industrial digitalization, automation, machine vision, machine learning or Industrial IoT (IIoT) environments
Demonstrated experience in defining product vision, building roadmaps, and delivering products from concept to deployment and support
Experience working with cross-functional teams including process, mechanical, electrical, and software engineering
Proficiency with Agile (or similar) development methodologies, including writing user stories and managing backlogs is needed.
You are fluent in English and French (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.

Your role
We are looking for an Engineer with a strong knowledge in Metallurgy / Materials Science.
You will be in charge of R&D Projects dedicated to different metallurgy-related topics, focused on structural steel products manufactured in ArcelorMittal Long Products plants :
Development of new high strength steels for structural long products.
Optimization of the metallurgical route (Chemistry & Process).
In-depth investigation of the application properties.
Integration in products/application standards and follow-up of the standardization process.
To that end, you will work in close collaboration with local and Global R&D colleagues, with the teams from the plants and as well with Sales / marketing departments.
You will manage the close follow-up of the industrial trials and production campaigns.
You will also be a reference in your field of expertise, and provide additional support for all other Metallurgy-related Projects.

We are looking for a commercial communications specialist to join ArcelorMittal Europe's communications team. Steelmaking in Europe is going through a period of huge change, as the industry tackles the huge challenge of reaching net-zero emissions by 2050. And ArcelorMittal Europe is an industry leader in decarbonisation, having set a goal of reducing CO2 emissions by 35% by 2030. This goal and the strategy to achieve it is at the heart of the business' communications, making it an interesting time to join our small, busy team that supports many different functions within ArcelorMittal Europe.

What you'll do
You'll be responsible for coordinating & executing commercial communications tasks such as:
• working closely with the marketing teams to translate business strategies into concrete market segment- and product-specific communications action plans
• promote the company's expertise and products to customers and other stakeholders
• promoting steel as the material of choice through different media channels, with a clear focus on innovation, leadership, decarbonization
• coordinating webinars, customer events and trade fair participation
• sourcing, drafting scripts and creating promotion articles and materials, both printed and digital managing and rebranding of the industry website including content creation: Home - Industry (arcelormittal.com)
What are we looking for?
These are the things we look for. Don't be put off if you can't tick every box.
• At least 7 years of autonomous project management experience in Marketing or Communications
• Ability to coordinate complex projects involving multiple stakeholders
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills, experience with managing cross-cultural teams in a global environment
• Excellent project and deadline management skills with flexibility and ability to reprioritize according to changes of objectives or environment
• Strong knowledge in digital marketing with a focus on content development and/or reporting. Knowledge of web strategy and search engine marketing (SEM) is a plus
• Strong knowledge of marketing fundamentals such as marketing mix, segmentation, positioning, targeting and differentiation
• Expert knowledge in the latest digital and social media technology and channels
• Fluency in English is required, although multilingual skills are preferred
• Travel requirements include domestic and international travel up to 50%
• Proven experience in:
• Organising customer events (physical and digital) – at least 4 events per year
• Organising participation in trade fairs
• Product & solutions launch communication
• Competition watch & analysing new trends
• Liaising with various contributors: communications, R&D, marketing, web & catalogue suppliers, copywriters etc to stay close to the business needs
• Developing briefings for various communication actions and coordinate with suppliers
• Developing and publishing content for both printed and digital tools (websites, videos, apps etc.) as well as social media Digital communications, to publish and promote content on websites and social media
• Evaluating job-related KPIs, analysing the findings and acting upon them by continuously optimizing and adapting the approaches if needed
• Building and managing a network of contacts within a large, complex organisation
