As a Quotation Engineer, you will support the commercial process from A to Z. You will work closely with the Sales team and have direct contact with customers to fully understand their technical requirements and expectations. Your ability to analyze information, interpret specifications, and propose suitable solutions will be key to delivering accurate and competitive quotations.
Thanks to your analytical mindset and customer-focused approach, you ensure that every proposal is technically sound, commercially attractive, and perfectly aligned with customer expectations. At the same time, you contribute to efficient processes and foster strong collaboration between all stakeholders involved.
Your Responsibilities:
As a Quotation Engineer, you will:
• Work closely with the Sales team to prepare quotations, pricing proposals, and technical solutions for our customers.
• Maintain direct contact with customers to fully understand their needs, technical requirements, and expectations.
• Analyze customer specifications and translate them into the standard solutions and capabilities offered by RapidFit Plus.
• Accurately interpret customer expectations and align them with internal technical and operational requirements.
• Collect and provide all necessary information to ensure accurate cost calculations and the preparation of competitive quotations.
• Prepare clear, accurate, and customer-focused quotations that meet customer needs and requirements.
• Ensure proposed solutions are presented transparently and that the scope of services is clearly defined and documented.
• Collaborate closely with Project Engineers to guarantee a smooth transfer of information during project kick-off and implementation meetings.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of sales processes, quotation workflows, and customer collaboration.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing and maintenance of customer, project, and quotation data within the ERP system.
• You hold a degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Experience in a technical environment such as automotive, machine building, tooling, mold manufacturing, plastics processing, or production engineering is a strong asset.
• You possess strong analytical skills and can easily interpret technical specifications.
• You communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• You work in a structured, accurate, and solution-oriented manner.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• You have an affinity for digitalization and technological innovation.
• You have an excellent command of English.
• An interest in AI applications and their potential to improve business processes is considered a valuable asset.

On behalf of an international market leader in the Roeselare region, Let's Work is looking for a metalworker / grinder to work night shifts .
In this role, you will ensure the precise finishing of aluminium profiles and frames. You will alternate between production runs and bespoke work, with quality always being the top priority. You'll receive a salary starting at €16 per hour, depending on your experience, supplemented by meal vouchers , and you'll have every opportunity to develop your skills further thanks to a comprehensive training programme.

What will your day look like as a grinder?
You will grind and deburr aluminium profiles in accordance with the technical drawings
Using visual inspection and the necessary measuring instruments, you'll carry out quality checks on your own grinding work
You'll alternate between production line work and piecework
You process production orders via an ERP system
You carry out first-line maintenance, e.g. replacing sanding brushes, maintaining work equipment, etc.
Do you already have experience as a metalworker or do you already have knowledge of an ERP system? This is certainly a plus!
You're good at reading technical drawings and enjoy working with precision
You are quality-oriented and value order and tidiness
Do you speak fluent English? Great! That means internal communication on the shop floor will run smoothly
